Like your presentation and program first of all. Do you have a tech support, or that you're operating by yourself on the technology part? If interacting with the viewers is becoming important, could I recommend that you set up a larger screen to efficiently viewing the feedback during the program.
It's a good suggestion! Maybe easier would be to just make the chat window bigger or the font larger as well... Sometimes the light gets in my eyes and it takes a moment or two to adjust.
