Wow! Every performance I saw of this song is a little different. This one was quite a bit different though. She seemed totally spent, missed the start of the track, but recovered and still gave it all she's got, like a trooper! The part in the end where she's moaning is especially different. It's more sexual here. I just realized that I might have misinterpreted it all along. I always thought that she was meant to be reeling and moaning from pain, but maybe she's faking an orgasm ("fake it with another man", after all)? Maybe both? As always, fascinating and tantalizing!

I think it's a bit of both. "In my heart, in my head". I read it as a toxic/abusive relationship. I could be wrong though!
