    • @Frau.P

      Because therapy sucks and you learn nothing in it. Just repeating all memories and retraumatize you

    • @annateez
      @annateez 10 месяцев назад +80

      @Frau.P no? Individually it could be bad, but for me and others I know it has been helpful and has given me lots of tips on how to deal with my problems. Spreading stuff like "therapy is useless" makes people wary of it, which then prevents them from getting help

    Patrick I fucking love this. Sometimes I literally have to do this to myself, just tell my own brain “No! Stoppit” and having someone else do it for me was really nice. I think a fun like companion video to this would be “putting nice thoughts into your head” where you very gently place nice thoughts into our heads to replace the bad ones ❤

    This video just made me break down crying. My anxiety has been so bad recently. Work makes me feel like I'm having a heart attack almost every day and I've gotten to where I can't stand to be around people long. I don't like to go out and do things anymore. Hearing this video is like what I tell my thoughts everyday, and it's strangely comforting to hear someone else telling the thoughts and feelings to go away. I just hope and pray it works. I don't want to feel bad anymore.

    The first 7 minutes of this video are the best of all the asmr videos in the world. I wish there could be more videos of this feeling
