    • @Frau.P

@Frau.P no? Individually it could be bad, but for me and others I know it has been helpful and has given me lots of tips on how to deal with my problems. Spreading stuff like "therapy is useless" makes people wary of it, which then prevents them from getting help

Patrick I fucking love this. Sometimes I literally have to do this to myself, just tell my own brain “No! Stoppit” and having someone else do it for me was really nice. I think a fun like companion video to this would be “putting nice thoughts into your head” where you very gently place nice thoughts into our heads to replace the bad ones ❤

This is basically what my boyfriend does whenever my anxiety gets bad. He "yanks" the bad thoughts out then "pushes" good thoughts in. It always makes me laugh and instantly start to feel better. He started working night shift, this is my first night trying to sleep alone. My anxiety was getting to me. I found this video when I needed it and it helped. You did great , thank you 🙏🏻
