FINALLYYYYY I have been waiting for this season to air in such a long time!!!!
YES!! YES!! YES!!He's back!! Please let it be permanently!.....and please, please let there be a season 6 soon!Many hearts will be broken otherwise!!💜Also, can Dan announce it with Erin this time too.....last time she announced series 5 on her own , whereas previously, each series was announced with Dan! ( had us all worried about his return!)
The show is actually entering it's 5th season, the first episode airs on the 18th on the Hallmark channel

I'm very sad for Hallmark killing off Jack Thornton! What in the world??? It's like cutting off your nose to spite your face!
I don't know either. I can't find anything about it online. They said to stay tuned for the season finale next week and then they would answer questions. I'm sure they will do that on Facebook...maybe on Home and Family....It makes me sad though...they built our hopes up so much with their relationship and marriage....oh well, that's Hollywood.

Jack is irreplaceable. Nobody will ever be able to replace him, neither Nathan nor Lucas, and I think they are forcing a love triangle (Nathan, Lucas and Elizabeth) that makes no sense. If Elizabeth truly loved Jack, as she supposedly loved, she would never be able to get over his death so quickly and wouldn't have feelings for another man so quickly

I am concerned by the ending of the last program that indicated that Jack Thornton had been killed in combat. Please do not let this be true. I cannot believe you would write this in to separate this couple as soon as they marry. That was very disturbing.We have really enjoyed watching this series since the very beginning.
I agree. I am just now getting the Christmas special of last year.. where Elizabeth is having the baby.. missed Season 5 but will look for it. I can't believe they klled off Jack. Why would they do that unless the actor didn't want to come back? Maybe just have him always going on expidections or the two of them meeting in some other city and not showing it, but dont' kill the guy off! He was my favorite anyway!

Here's an idea. Jack said he didn't know when he was coming back .so.....you can say the person who died was someone who looked alot like jack. I like Elizabeth with Nathan or Lucas but she's meant to be with jack!!!!! Please please please please please do this! She can still be friends with Nathan and Lucas.

After watching tonight's finale, my heart is still broken. Why was it necessary to write out Jack's character? It's a great show with many great actors, but it's like cutting off your nose to spite your face. I hope Dan Lissing has something great in his future otherwise leaving this show makes no sense. Sadness.....
