I really needed this, all this information, and just seeing Gerard talk like that...and gooosh I laughed so loud when he said "Hey everybody this is Gerard from My Chemical Roman'kss..uahh.." 6:17 so adorable, hah! And his face when he talks about the new album...you can really see that it's hard for him to talk about it. (and at the end, it's an interview with the photographer from SPIN, talking about Gerard's photos ++)

Morena G not right before. He was still a few months away from that. For one, his hair was much longer when he bleached it and appeared at Comiccon 2010. But he was obviously already fairly thin by this point and he's still talking about what would be Conventional Weapons. Can't remember when exactly this issue of Spin came out, but it was early 2010. We still had snow on the ground.

I remember watching this in early 2010 and I was just so happy to see Gerard doing a photoshoot and an interview, Danger Days was still a couple of months away from getting released, but I was still excited about the upcoming album. Also, I printed like several hundred pictures of his Nylon photoshoot.

Ah you're one of the lucky ones! I never got to see them live unfortunately, I was only 14 at the time when they came to perform at my state and my parents were super strict at letting me go to a rock concert. :/ Worst day ever and my emo ass gave my parents the silent treatment for about a week lmao

@BethTheBOLD Well it doesn't matter anymore , he had the problem because he was young and emotional. He's at the point of his life where he can have a drink and not go overboard, because he's happy and has a family. Gerard is so much more mature and positive now which reflects their new sound.
