I started an LLC for a business my wife and I started. We have the name, logo, and LLC and I recently did a trade mark search. There someone with a live trademark with a very similar name. I know I can't get my trademark now but do I have to stop doing business under that name and change it?
Hi Jim, good video. Got a question re: registering the LLC in our state, I'm a US citizen expat not living in any state--is it now more appropriate for me to make my LLC in a place like Wyoming? Or do you still think I should use the last state I lived in (VA)? Business is e-commerce website, no dependent agents in the US, but use fulfillment centers. Thanks.
Ive been a long time work from home 1099 employee pre Covid - which held up in audit, trumps tax changes makes home office almost impossible to claim, is it possible to work around this with a LLC wrapper of some type ?
