Project manager is not in the 82 prioritized occupations list. It will be lumped with "all program" Express Entry draw, with recent CRS cutoffs at 511, 505, and 517. Your CRS score won't approach 500. If you study project management, your only chance is to apply PNP. Find a province for easier PNP and accepting project managers. Ontario PNP (OINP) is hard as compared to other provinces.
