I have implemented this in enterprise. The ISP gives you a vlan and you trunk that vlan on your core switch to theirs.
After that, you must implement the routing of your choice like OSPF, EIGRP, BGP or Statics.
Fairly straightforward from enterprise side, but more complex in the ISP side.
