My worry is cross contamination. I have a couple beef roasts i take camping. I don't like all the water going on everything with a leaking roast in your beers and pop.
We just bought the lifetime 77qt.. after looking and researching several real world examples. Lifetime seemed at the top of the list.. also, it fits our small igloo cooler too act as a seperator for keeping meats, ect cooler..
I am waiting till the white version is available. I also have a 55 and 77, and they have been excellent!

How are you still liking the 115Q? I need a new big cooler and it’s a toss up between the lifetime and the Rtic 110

I just picked up a 115 from Walmart for 250. I’m very happy with it. Kept a pig in it for 3 days with 80lb of ice. I drained just a little water every morning and night. I still had *roughly* 50lbs ice at 3 days. That’s including the initial cool down for the pig. I like the drain plug, easily replaceable (I think), and replaceable seal with a standard hose seal.

Is it doable to carry the 55 or 77 when full with ice?
The cooler would be heavy but with a second person you can carry either one.
That YETI has to be better; it is a $300 cooler.
