I can’t find him anywhere. I checked limgrave, main academy gate, and Zamor ruins. I completed ranis quest and reached the mountain tops already. Did I miss the quest completely.
@@aceclumsybaby4140 i remember LobosJr also didn't do his quest on his first playthrough, but he found Shabriri in the Mountaintops, so yeah, you probably lost the extras
Another tip I found out: If you never started Yura’s quest and found Shabriri first instead, AND you killed Shabriri outright, you can still obtain Yura’s Nagakiba in the first location where he would’ve been if you found him and started his quest.
@@jaredfalcon4124 i never did yura quest and just causally stumbled in the church and i still got invaded and got the blade so i am not sure if you actually need to do the quest to get invaded. But maybe my game is just broken cause i killed the dude in warmaster shack and still got his invader so i am not sure what the requirement for invader to appear are
@@Thedude216 there’s no requirement to get invaded, i was confused abt the same thing so in ng+ the first thing I did was check to see if I’d get invaded without doing anything else in the game and sure enough I got invaded
Just checked, u can get the Nagakiba and Eleonora's Poleblade by going to the Second Church of Marika even if you kill Shabriri at the Mountaintops. Like so everyone can see.
IMPORTANT: If you fight Nerijus before talking to Yura at the seaside ruins, he will spawn north of murkwater cave even if you didn’t defeat the dragon
In case you didn't know, when you go to fight Agheel, if you find the Marika stake between Agheel and the ruin, there is a summoning sign that you can pull Yura in to help fight Agheel. He's not much help, but it is there. The sign is right there in front of the statue. If you're unsure where it is, just die to Agheel, and respawn at the Marika statue.
Back playing before the DLC and I just spent an hour chopping at his ankles to beat him and now I see this comment😭😅. Ill remember that for next time tho

This is exactly why I keep coming to this channel for NPC guides. He is direct to the point, clear and concise. No fluff and no filler. I also enjoy the fact that he includes what may happen to other quest lines at certain stages of the game and due to choices. That is extremely helpful. I have over 240 hours in this game and his tutorials have helped me out immensely during my play through and I couldn't recommend his videos more for not just new players but all players. I appreciate all of your help in this complex yet satisfying game.

I went to the church in Liurnia and had my sins absolved so does that mean I can head to Zamor ruins now or could I have just gone there anyways since Shabriri is possessing his body? I already killed Eleonora btw.

Anyone new to fromsoft games will always have a hard time. No other game is made like them. No hand holding Don't say oh summons. They are in the game. Gonna get made tanks are in battlefield or op guns in warzone? Sit down
If you are doing this post game (like me) and have never spoken to Yura, you'll find the Nagakiba on the floor, but you can go to the second church right after and still fight the invader and be able to travel to the mountaintops to obtain the armor set. Im just not sure what to do after
Could you make a video about "do these quests before leaving the area" please? I would like to start a 100% game and I want to know where I can rush to get the dragonstones to upgrade my equipment or if I shouldn't do that because it could lock me out of some quests (Like: Does the jump from the western volcano manor makes it like I am now in altus plateau? etc)
I am currently working on a playthrough where I do that myself. I have a somewhat similar video though to get you started (it’s about missable quests). I am planning on a “How to Complete ALL Quests in a Single Playthrough” video in the future but it’s a massive project and is going to take a while to put together lol

Talking to him after killing agheel is only optional if you have talked to him previously. If you just kill agheel you have to visit him at the 2nd ruins location in limgrave for the red summon sign to appear.
I believe there's an encounter you missed in the altus plateau before you find him dead. I ran into him somewhere after getting to the plateau, but before he was dead at the church. It was a minor encounter with no loot, but there was another encounter if I remember correctly from my first run.
I did quite a few steps out of order just running around on torrent in open world for my 1st playthrough. I ended up killing the dragon, finding the red summon sign later after the glintstone key, but ultimately he isn’t at the 2nd church of Marika. When I first discovered the church (doing this guide) there was no invader, only another mob (non invader red) that popped out of the ground in the church. Took me 2 skill attacks with the moonveil to kill. Yes, I exhausted his dialogue each time. Ran thru this guide throughly, I think I just got screwed this playthrough.

I was still able to get the raptor of the mists ash of war even after Yura died. He didn’t show up at the bridge afterward, but I was still able to do the hunter fight and get rewarded. You do miss out on the smithing stone though, but that’s no big deal by the time you get past the capital.
Man it’s crazy that you legit don’t even need to do the full quest to get everything all you really need to do is talk to him kill the first invader and that’s it. Went to the mountain top and found him dead with his armor. Went back to academy bridge the summoning sign was still there , went to the second church still got the invader to come , also went to his original spot where you first meet him and his sword was there.
FYI ppl just sub to this guy. Show and tell great quality videos for helping newbies. Even a vet like me 250 hrs later and all achievements. I got almost everything on my own first play through at 150hrs. Now let's balance and overhaul pvp.

Good news! The first & only time I spoke with Yura was when he was possesed by Shabriri & I was still able to go back & get that special ash of war by the raya lucaria academy. So you don’t have to wait till new game plus to get it.
I had NO idea you can just walk past the glinstone seal!!! Damn you, fromsoftware quests :D Only one I managed to finish is the Ranni quest, only because Blaidd is the only character in game who will tell you, where you are going to find him. And if not, you can talk to Iji and he will guide you what to do next.
and yes, I could just google during gameplay, but I want to try to find as many on my own. Sometimes its really random, like finding Alexander again in a hole randomly strolling through Liurnia.
They shoulda really put something in the game hinting at failing quests. Thank god for people like you making this game fun to play by showing us what we would miss

I don't know if this can help anyone but if in case you can't find the summon sign on the main academy gate then you can try doing the optional step he mentioned of going to meet him north of Murkwater Cave.
Not sure if anyone mentioned this, but if you talked to Yura Lake Agheel but never talked to him after, but got the invasion at the Raya Lucaria Main Gate, his Nagakiba will be located just north of that site of grace
I was in the middle of doing a second playthrough trying to do yura's quest line and I couldn't find the summon sign in Raya Lucaria. Then I realized something. I did varre's quest line first and became a bloody finger, which I believe is why I can't be summoned by yura
i did varre's bloody finger thing up to the part where i soaked a maiden blood and gave it to him and he did some ritual on me and was still able to be summoned by yura. not at first, which is how i ended up here, trying to find out why the sign wasn't there. . but then at some point, i went back there and suddenly it was there
After the Nerijus invasion I skipped yura's questline, reached the mountaintops and met shabriri. However I was still able to find yura's academy invasion sign and do all the invasions steps after that. No rewards were missed for me. At the end I returned to the limgrave bridge for his katana.
It's amazing how i literally had no idea the Raptor Of The Mist ash of war existed until seeing some random dude using it in a video, and that literally nobody was using it. And i guess it's not really surprising given the fact i didn't even know Yura had a quest line before finding out about the Ash Of War either lmao.

HELP. I did everything according to this guide and Yura is not showing up at the 2nd Church. I went there and there was an other mob, but Yura is not showing. I went to all location he was previously at, tried restarting the game and visiting the sports again but nothing. Any idea what I could do?
If you do frenzied flame then go to the mountain tops of the giants for the first time the bell will be there next to the first grace with his loot no quest done
VERY IMPORTANT DISCOVERY I JUST MADE. IF YOU ALREADY KILLED YURA STILL GO TO THE SECOND CHURCH OF MARIKA AND KILL THE THE INVADER TO GET THE PURIFYING CRYSTAL TEAR AND ELAONARAS POLEBLADE. AFTER REALIZING I ALREADY KILLED YURA I THOUGHT I HAD NO CHANCE BUT WENT THERE ANYWAYS
So do you have to inherit the frenzy flame or just make it to the bottom of the sewer for the armor's alternate route? I killed Yura early for the Katana.
I didn’t start this quest line and fought the invader Eleanora and she didn’t drop her weapon or the crystal tear. Is there anything I can do to get it on this current play through?
Thank you. Only thing I wasn't able to get was the Raptor of the Mists ash of war probably because I'd missed doing some part of the quest for that. I just wanted to get the Nagakiba katana so that was cool. Didn't bother to kill Shabiri 'cause I don't need his armour so I left him there in the mountaintops grousing. EDIT: After double-checking my Inventory I do already have Raptor of the Mists ash of war.
I was able to find Elenora before reaching Zamor Ruins, and the only step I completed was the Bloody Finger Nejirus fight and the dialog after that. I missed the second summon encounter.
I know this was 9 months ago but it's worth a shot. I killed the assassin with him at the academy but he isn't waiting anywhere to talk, what do I do...

You can summon Yura on the first Dragon Fight. If you die and respawn at the stake of Marika, you should be able to find his mark nearby

Yes I had the mark in my world although it happened only after talking once to Yura un mountain top maybe that'll help

Just a small correction, agheel dragon is not near the smoldering church. Yuri is in Limgrave and the smoldering church is in Caelid.

this is the most missable npc in the entire game. I never even knew this dude existed..and I had 3 playthroughs.

Heads up if you do the frenzy of the flame you can summon shabriri just outside the fog gate to the first Elden lord fight
HELP. I did everything according to this guide and Yura is not showing up at the 2nd Church. I went there and there was an other mob, but Yura is not showing. I went to all location he was previously at, tried restarting the game and visiting the sports again but nothing.
Any idea what I could do?

If you do frenzied flame then go to the mountain tops of the giants for the first time the bell will be there next to the first grace with his loot no quest done
You can Kill Yura at his first location and get the Nagakiba. Then kill his possessed body to get the armor set.
VERY IMPORTANT DISCOVERY I JUST MADE. IF YOU ALREADY KILLED YURA STILL GO TO THE SECOND CHURCH OF MARIKA AND KILL THE THE INVADER TO GET THE PURIFYING CRYSTAL TEAR AND ELAONARAS POLEBLADE. AFTER REALIZING I ALREADY KILLED YURA I THOUGHT I HAD NO CHANCE BUT WENT THERE ANYWAYS
So do you have to inherit the frenzy flame or just make it to the bottom of the sewer for the armor's alternate route? I killed Yura early for the Katana.
I didn’t start this quest line and fought the invader Eleanora and she didn’t drop her weapon or the crystal tear. Is there anything I can do to get it on this current play through?
I had no idea she was going to summon after speaking to the guy on the ground. She caught me by suprise...lol
I accidentally killed yura and thought I messed everything up, now I know that he would've died 30 seconds later anyway

Most of the invader npcs can be defeated by breaking their poise... Use a weapon that staggers them but hits fast like the GreatAxe.

Thank you. Only thing I wasn't able to get was the Raptor of the Mists ash of war probably because I'd missed doing some part of the quest for that. I just wanted to get the Nagakiba katana so that was cool. Didn't bother to kill Shabiri 'cause I don't need his armour so I left him there in the mountaintops grousing.
EDIT: After double-checking my Inventory I do already have Raptor of the Mists ash of war.

dude the smoldering church is in Caelid. The Agheel lake area is the Dragon Burnt Ruins.

The person at zamor ruins is Shabriri
I was able to find Elenora before reaching Zamor Ruins, and the only step I completed was the Bloody Finger Nejirus fight and the dialog after that. I missed the second summon encounter.

Even if you don’t have yura available eleonora still invades at the church at night time
I have NEVER completed this quest before in all of my playthrughs. Miyazaki, this game is huge. Can't wait for the DLC, give us the DLC FromSoft~!

Well I was able to talk to him in merkwater before I defeated the dragon.
