I used to dunk my face in a bowl of ice water for 5 seconds, 3x 2 minutes in between. Now I use a wash cloth in the ice water, lay it over my face and press my hands over it a few times focusing on my eyes. I'll put the cloth back in the ice water for a few seconds while squishing the water into the cloth a few times under the ice water then over face again. ......and again! Also you can make some strong coffee, then freeze it in an ice cube tray. Use one every day on your eyes before makeup. Another frozen treat for the face is frozen tomatoe (or just a tomato slice unfrozen), the tomato helps control oil!
There is just something abt ur smile n those eye blinks that I adore sooooo much as it projects so much positivity.. I m someone who believes natural beauty is as good as makeup.. but I see makeup as a way of expressing self love n creativity... N this is just that perfect look...
