2 Zucchini.
Minced meat 300 gr.
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon.
Salt - 1,5 teaspoon.
1 onion.
1 Egg.
A sprig of parsley.
1 onion.
Vegetable oil.
Half paprika.
Tomato paste - 200 gr.
Water - 75 ml.
Smoked paprika - 1/4 teaspoon.
Italian herbs - 1teaspoon.
Garlic powder - 1teaspoon.
2 Eggs.
1 teaspoon of mustard.
Yogurt - 200 gr.
Lemon juice - 1 teaspoon.
Ground black pepper.
Salt.
2 Zucchini. Cut zucchini 2-3 mm thick. To salt. 1 medium onion. Vegetable oil. half paprika. Tomato paste - 200 gr. Water - 75 ml. smoked paprika. Italian herbs. Garlic powder. cook for 5 minutes. Minced meat 300 gr. Black pepper. Salt. Finely grate the onion. 1 Egg. 2 Eggs. Water. Boil eggs for 7-10 minutes. remove excess moisture. Spread the minced meat in a thin layer. Pour tomato sauce. Cover with foil. Bake for 25 minutes in a preheated oven to 195 °C / 385 °F. 2 boiled eggs. Only egg yolks are needed. 1 teaspoon of mustard. Yogurt - 200 gr. Lemon juice. Ground black pepper. Salt.
