Cicadas know their part in the circle of life. Just enjoy their show. If the soil is healthy, emergence will be plentiful.
Food for birds, opossums, raccoons, skunks, frogs, toads, fish and the occasional dog. They emerge, they shed their skin, fly, seek out mates, lay eggs, fertilize the soil.
