How to Make Vegan Grilled Cheese Sandwich

    Cheese is one guilty-pleasure food that prevents weight loss or a complete shift to a plant-based diet. But did you know that switching to a vegan diet does not require giving up cheese and will also help you reduce weight?
    Cheese is very easy to make with basic everyday use ingredients at home. It tastes delicious and can be used in a lot of recipes like grilled cheese sandwich, pizza, pasta or as a topping on your steamed vegetable bowl.
    Not just that, it also has many health benefits over cheese made with cow's milk, allowing you to indulge in your cheese addiction guilt-free and also without any health consequences.
    Ingredients:
    1/2 liter peanut milk
    7-8 cashews
    1 tbsp corn flour
    1 tsp salt
    1 tsp black pepper powder
    1/2 tbsp turmeric
    1 tbsp white sesame paste
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/2 cup water
    Recipe:
    1.Take 1/2 liter peanut milk, 7-8 cashews, 1 tbsp corn flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1/2 tbsp turmeric, 1 tbsp white sesame paste, 1 tbsp lemon juice & 1/2 cup water.
    2. Blend all the ingredients in the mixer.
    3. Heat a pan on medium flame.
    4. Transfer and cook the blended ingredients in it.
    5. Cook the mixture until it reaches a thick consistency.
    Your cheese is ready!
