Entertaining game tonight. The Stampeders looked great in the first half but Montreal showed why they are undefeated Grey Cup champs. Impressive rally.
Great game. It happens in a lot of sports. One team gets a large lead at the beginning of the game, then stops playing. Its like they think they have already won the game. If a team is able to get a large lead in the first half of the game, what makes them think that the other team can't do the same in the second half. Crazy. Once again, CFL is fun to watch. 🇨🇦
I don't think they quit playing, I think Montreal made some adjustments and got their game together in the second half. Montreal is the defending champs and Calgary was 6-12 last year. You are right in saying the CFL is fun to watch tho, it was an entertaining game.
It's a McGill University stadium that has a running track, that's why end zones are slightly cut but CFL allows that. Edmonton's Commonwealth Stadium also used to have running tracks and cut corners of the end zones but they got rid of them.
What a game. Als were down by 14 at some point (Stamps were leading 23-9 after their third TD scored by Begelton). And they completely shut down Stamps in the second half.
Als good coaching, they did not break, plugging away with FG when drives stalled. Huge play (besides the extra point block for a return safety) was going for the FG at the end of the half on the calgary 3 yard line instead of going for it risk coming up short.
Marshall Ferguson. AWESOME play by play guy. Former Quarterback for McMaster university who never played professionally. That's why he's so good, he knows quite a lot about Canadian Football.
it was as if the refs were trying to assist Montreal like they do the new thugs of the league, the Lions now…very one-sided refereeing obviously, but what hurt the Stamps far more was having a coach and a QB who are NOT on the same page at all…Maier plays below average because he knows that clown Dave Dickenson needs to be replaced by someone who cares about winning…congrats to the Als for the win definitely, but there are BIG CHANGES necessary in Cowtown….
I'd like to see a rules review of illegal contact. It's ruining too many big plays across various games. Defence has it hard enough, let's stop the coddling of the offence
Everyone thinks it was a great game. Calgary tried very hard to lose it. They were in the prevent defense the whole second half. All Montreal had to do was dump it off to the running back and there wasn't a linebacker within twenty yards of him, they all took deep drops and left him wide open. Same as the wide outs, defense playing way off. Dickenson a fool for letting bo Levi go and going with Mairer,
@@teo_heel they definitely are a better team, I’m not arguing that. The refs just fucked up in this specific game. I was mostly joking, I have no delusions that my team is better than Montreal, they’re the top team in the league but the refs definitely didn’t call a fair game
Hey, I watch the CFL to get AWAY from refball, man. The hell was the replay room seeing? Pass interference? Illegal contact? I expect better, not worse, officiating. As a Yankee fan, I get enough BS ref bias from the NFL.

Great comeback wasn’t it? 😊
ALS defence only allowed 3 pts in the second half!! Strong Comeback boys!!
Tough loss for Calgary, but Montreal proved that Grey Cup title last year they are for real. That was great 4th quarter they played.
Yup...d man are playing very well...we finally have some stability..
Guys look happy to be here in MTL.
I was at the game and it was nuts
I was also at the game best game so far this year we got lucky 😊
Thank you CFL for the Game Highlights
Alouettes games are really entertaining to watch since last year 😁Go Als go !
Wow, a very entertaining game, thanks for the highlights CFL, go CFL go.
Belle preuve de caractère messieurs! Nos oiseaux sont solides encore une fois! En espérant que Dequoi et Côté récupèrent vite!
Thanks Monteeal! From...Saskatchewan
Riders will not make playoffs & you can take that to the bank .
Only thing to thank Saskatchewan for is booing Fajardo out of the province to the great team of Montreal
@@batmang9014I would put it this way: thank you for poaching Trevor Harris and leaving Fajardo to free agency
@@batmang9014we seem to have a history of that with our QBs. We get rid of them and then they win Grey cups🤷♂️
We’ll see you on the 25th!
Great game from your neighbor 5 1/2 hours east in the usa! Definitely an entertaining league
Close but no cigar. Great game from both team. Thanks CFL.
Unbelievaball comeback win!!!
Préparez-vous pour un repeat tabarnack !!
Oui back to back come 2009-2010 ça serait malade

Stamps never stopped playing. It's more like Als decided that Stamps had enough fun.
Both you guys are correct. My comment is only one possible scenario, but not the best one. Thanks for your input 👍. 🇨🇦
Quel belle équipe ,,,,incroyable
5 - 0. This is a resilient team, well done.
great game. montreal just looks unbelievable right now
Great game 🔥🔥
This was a great game Montréal is a gritty team !
Calgary just pulled a Ti-cat, had a big lead, and did nothing after that. Shameful.
I just realized because i never watch Montréal that there endzone is very weird with the corners
It's a McGill University stadium that has a running track, that's why end zones are slightly cut but CFL allows that. Edmonton's Commonwealth Stadium also used to have running tracks and cut corners of the end zones but they got rid of them.
@@teo_heel thanks
Awesome game
It very nice in Montreal

Another fantastic game ❤️🏈
What a comeback!
What an amazing comeback Alouettes!
What a game and what a crowd. Haven't hear ld Molson Stadium get that loud in years. The Als are back baby
Fajardo for MVP
How come he never played like this for Saskatchewan.
Vernon adams jr is going to fight for the mvp it's fajardo or Vernon adams 100%
Fajardo is just getting lucky as hell he still sucks at any pass over 10 yards
Que belle victoire
impressed with the Stamp's performance but you cannot let up against the Al's their defense best in the league
So that's why they won the Grey Coupe.
Damn , what a game.
Odd that the Stamps simply fear throwing downfield.
Especially when they have a top 3 receiver in Begelton. Like just feed Begelton the football. Playmakers make plays.
And in the CFL you cannot win without throwing downfield.
@@rickykozak58 and Als have the best defense in the league. That last minute interception is a living proove.
That Montreal defence looks ... *nasty*.
5-0 WHAT A GAME
Who's the play by play guy? Is he new this year? He's good.
Marshall Ferguson. He’s been doing it since 2021.
Marshall Ferguson. AWESOME play by play guy. Former Quarterback for McMaster university who never played professionally.

@@teo_heel Thank you sir, yes he is great!!
This game reminds of Super Bowl 51 where the Falcons choked in the fourth quarter
Calgary really needs a better starting quarterback.
Wondering when the Stamps will get rid of Dickinson??? Won't be soon enough
Saskatchewan was smart enough to rid of a Dickinson and look at them now 4 and 0.
@@waynejohanson1083 Different Dickenson though.
Calgary has been playing amazing this season just need more work on defence 🎉🎉
Awesome game!
Montreal really woke up in the 2nd half.
Well I couldn't watch that one when it was on but it looks like I missed a great game.
The Stamps were in complete control for 3 and a half quarters until piss poor tackling down the stretch cost them vs. the Champs
Come on Now the Podcast for more in depth CFL content!!! Come on, CFL
Love these recaps, especially for games in Montreal. Now I don't have to listen to those awful horns for three hours!
can someone tell me when does the Canadian collage football begin
How can I watch cfl here in US. Is there an app that I can stream from
CFL Plus Free!
Calgary sold the bag so hard. This will be a frustrating season for them.
They beat Blue Bombers at home, they will do alright. Losing to the best team in the league is not a bad thing.
by that I mean what does the college football start and what date the college football ends
comme j'ai dit Montréal Alouettes ça sera très dur de les battre,je penses qu'ils peuvent garder leurs titre?
no specials this game, huh?

calgary def was so bad on the last TD
That’s what happens when your offence can’t stay on the field. The D runs out of gas.
Jake Maier is not a first string quarterback.
But he would make a great backup.
I mean... Calgary doesn't have a "franchise" QB right now.
I'd like to see a rules review of illegal contact. It's ruining too many big plays across various games. Defence has it hard enough, let's stop the coddling of the offence
The Stamps need to get better in the 2nd half, but they are not the 9th place team the CFL prognosticators have ranked them.
Everyone thinks it was a great game. Calgary tried very hard to lose it. They were in the prevent defense the whole second half. Still it was a great game. Even if some people that Calgary tried to lose.
Calgary quarterback throws to slow, puts his receivers in jeopardy of being blindsided by hard hits.
god I miss the old Alouettes logo/uniforms this is literally the worst change in modern sports history these uniforms are gag worthy.
I see Ambrosie told these refs “nah we can’t lose our unbeaten team just yet”
Ambroise not only ordered the refs, he also told the stamps to not score a single point in the final quarter!
Yeah, cry more. Als are a better team. They didn't quit.
@@teo_heel they definitely are a better team, I’m not arguing that. The refs just fucked up in this specific game. I was mostly joking, I have no delusions that my team is better than Montreal, they’re the top team in the league but the refs definitely didn’t call a fair game
