  • 3 pounds Bone with chicken
    1/2 cup fried onions
    1/2 cups blended onion garlic ginger
    4 green chili
    1 bunch cilantro blend
    1/2 cup blend spinach
    1/4 cup blend mint leaves
    1/2 cup lime juice
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp kasuri methi or oregano
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1 tsp turmeric powder
    Salt as your taste
    2 tbsp thin sliced ginger garlic
    1 tbsp sugar
    1 tsp garam masala
    4 tablespoons olive oil
    Method--
    Marinate chicken with lime juice salt & garlic powder
    Keep 2 hours.
    Blend all green stuff and onion garlic ginger green chili. Heat up oil fry thin slices onions, keep aside.
    Cook blended all ingredients 2 minutes then add chicken , cook until chicken gets tender. Add sugar lime juice. Cook until to excess water gets dry
    Add Garam masala & black pepper. Finish with sliced ginger garlic. Serve with rice roti or pasta
