I ‘discovered’ Patty Griffin over 25 years ago while searching for the best female artists who write and perform across genres. Her songs have been covered by The Chicks, “Let Him Fly” where they named their album “Fly” and had Patty join them on their tour, also called “Fly”. I still prefer the original sung by Patty. Check out Patty’s song Mad Mission, that could be considered a theme for early online dating services, or just searching for a lifelong partner.

I’d also recommend Nobody’s Crying by Patty Griffin. It’s my favorite of hers. Just pure magic.
