No doubt. The host of the party (and his guests) looked the way they did, and then he tells him, "You kind of embarrassed me (by being dressed like a cowboy)." Wow...go look in the mirror!
Definitely a metaphor for Andrews need for not only acceptance, but to be seen as an Alpha Male and Cowboys are definitely seen as Alphas. This is not about Homophobia. Jesus! Quit trying to turn a wonderful short film into something negative about a group of people, the exact thing Andrew was trying to stay away from. The Actor is not only a very good actor, I know he will do very well on the big screen!! He is gorgeous! I don't care if you are straight or gay, Andrew is amazingly GORGEOUS!! DEAR LORD HES AMAZING AND I hope to see alot more of him!!
What an excellent actor, in this short clip, how dare his own mother DOES NOT accept her own son as he wants to be none other than himself, she gave birth to him, you must raise and take care of your babies, you don't degrade them, judge them, call them fools, and say I'm embarrassed to know you, jus beause they wanna be what they want and be and do what they wanna do. Im not sure what would happen if he jus came out and told his mom he was gay, would that be worse for her, probably not it would be the same personia for her. What a cold-hearted mother my God. Great lookn actor!! Thank you, 👋😉😁🤠👍
Michael Brown is superb, a consummate actor: handsome as can be, his masculinity is honed, his profile like a Greek god, his voice is seductive, smooth, strong and intense: his command of the role, in its shifting personae, is quintessential...if the theme is the guy's compensatory need to deal with his sexuality, it is well done: the slight effeminate edge to his voice, a gentleness that comes through in a painful pleading, WOW, go for it. The dominating, controlling mother, envious of her son's masculine beauty, intelligence, insight, and drive to be himself, the dyadic works...his rage is so authentic it frightened me, his sulk is so real, despite his Spanish roots his unaccredited English is better than my French, my second language since birth...Micheal Brown, take your real name, your real character, don't now sacrigfce yourself for your roles...your Hispanic name is beauty incarnate. Bisous.
Nice ending. All of us are different which makes us special and unique. I'm glad Andrew stood up for himself. One step forward to becoming another unique person in this world.
***** Yeah, and people respect dog turds as well, they also learn not to step on them. From your writing I can tell you are a teenager, and more than likely a lesbian with a name like Macy. People respect others who respect themselves, and can stand up for themselves !
Kudos, all round. This is the 3rd or 4th time I've seen this, but, not on your chanel. Cleverly enigmatic; can be read as a metaphor for so many disenfranchised "others" who wish to be seen and accepted/loved for who they are. 👍👌🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟👋✌
What was the message of that film? It doesn’t feel like a very good one... If you have no confidence or self esteem pretend to be something that you aren’t? His friends and his mother were cruel but they were right. Be yourself. Be honest. Find value in who you really are. If you don’t like yourself, if you put on a false front, others won’t like you for very long. They will see that you’re a phony. Confidence is attractive.
Really neat production! The actor playing "cowboy" was really good! And who was the bearded guy at the end ?? Are you sure it wasn't me ? Coz kid - " You are a COWBOY! And don't let anyone try and tell you anything else!"
Like an idiot, I realised after watching that the title was "short movie" and not "LGBT short movie" ...so I assume all the gay undertones I noticed were a product of my own imagination 😂 ... Look, even tho this isn't an LGBT Short film, I'm here now so I might as well give my LGBT perspective .... and honest to god, if you put a guy like this in front of me and some super hot jock type, it's not even a choice for me ... it would be this guy hands down! When he was on the couch talking to that dumb tart, the fact he answered a pretty serious, sensitive, emotionally deep answer to a vapid drunk girl question, and also to someone he just met, and he was a bit goofy about it too ... that's worth more than all the athletic body type and large appendages 😉 in the world! As bad as it sounds, if a replica of this guy was talking to me and mentioned he feels like his friends don't like him, I'd be quite happy to facilitate their removal from his life and replace them with me. Hahaha ... oh my god, even though the gay was in my head it wS kinda nice to watch a short film that wasn't full of jock type actors ... oh and before I get a reputation as a jock hater, I'm totally not. Ego aside, it's the category I'd be put into .. and the hot ones a good for your 20's but I'm early 30's now and of course realising there's more to life 🌈
Tall, good looking, those high cheek bones, eyes....he's got it all He just needs one real friend who will tell him that.... Maybe they are jealous,,,,but those aren't friends! He needs to find some ....like now! I mean who could resist this guy?
I thank what their trying to sy is be youself because if a person dos ent like you for who u are then screw them. If a person makes fun of u remember they took time out of there day to thank of u
Hoesey I use to think the same thing about good looking people, until I met this guy that was really hot, but nobody could stand him, except me (I had a crush on him), I think most people thought he was fake.
JAMES KRAMER For the most part Nick did act respectful to me, he lived with me off and on for about 10 years, but he had some mental health issues that strained our relationship and he left in a fit one day in 2015 and I've never seen him since. None of my friends liked him and I wasn't ever sure why, nor did I pursue the issue with them.
Michael Brown is a very handsome young man with amazing eyes. Good luck Michael.
Excellent Michael. A deep message for ALL young men out there.
Who the hell is this Michael guy, he's fucking amazing!
People like that weren’t his friends. He’s too good for them and deserves a lot better. Lesson for lots of us.
No doubt. The host of the party (and his guests) looked the way they did, and then he tells him, "You kind of embarrassed me (by being dressed like a cowboy)." Wow...go look in the mirror!

EXTRAORDINARY AND REALLY REALLY BEAUTIFUL MOVIE AT ALL....THANKS A LOT FOR THIS PIECE OF ART....

that old man was a better friend that any of his other friends.
Ive dated cowboys, they are well mannered, they work hard but play harder. They guy was cute i enjoyed it.
You be you Cowboy, you be you. In the end, all you have is yourself.

This was a great short film. Had so much to say. The lead actor was awesome. 👏
He makes a damned good looking cowboy!!! 🤠
Really very good movie. For me better than a lot of Hollywood films.
Nice ending.
All of us are different which makes us special and unique.
I'm glad Andrew stood up for himself. One step forward to becoming another unique person in this world.
that was a party? no worries, cowboy Andrew-you weren't missing anything anyway there; and don't let ma rule ya. glad you stood up to her.
Terrific short film. The actor playing Andrew is wonderful ( and cute).
I love cowboys Andrew! And you are one Hott Cowboy!
Been there. The right person at the right time saved my life
"Why do I want to be a cowboy? I'll tell you why I want to be a cowboy. They're tough, they're brave, people respect them. People respect cowboys."
***** Yeah, and people respect dog turds as well, they also learn not to step on them. From your writing I can tell you are a teenager, and more than likely a lesbian with a name like Macy. People respect others who respect themselves, and can stand up for themselves !
Rumple must be trying to spread that wisdom that comes with being older? Um...Nope! Pardon me while I go scratch my balls like a real man can.
Cowboy Macy i want to be a CowBoy and talk to Hot Cow Gril's.
Awesome !
You are a cowboy, Andrew. :)
Seems like a fine cowboy to me, ignore the haters.

I liked this short movie alot. Thanks for the view!
a beautiful story about all of us at one moment or another in our lives.
i think he makes a cute cowboy!
A very good film. thank you !!!!
as a boy living somewhere cowboy attire is seen as outlandish and weird, this HIT
Wrangler butts drive women nuts
@@dwk7375 i am gay but u right
@@elliotgale9118 I have a friend that always wears cowboy attire, he's a regular babe magnet
A great film
Me gusto mucho, sobre todo que puedes fijarlo en situaciones diferentes. I really liked it, you could imagine different situations and link them.
Brokeback Mountain. beautiful.
10 years+. Still Sweet. Subbed. Is there a Part 2?
What was the message of that film?

Good looking cowboy
So many showed Andrew disrespect, hate or just disregard. Took an older guy to show just a little compassion to change his self outlook.
Really neat production!
The actor playing "cowboy" was really good!
And who was the bearded guy at the end ??
Are you sure it wasn't me ?
Coz kid - " You are a COWBOY! And don't let anyone try and tell you anything else!"
Ive been on a ranch at times, cows are girls. How would, bull boy sound?
nice short!
I like the sweet uplifting end.
WOW...AMAZING WORK.....GREAT FILM
Who did the credits on this film? INCREDIBLE!!! Such an artistic, expressive font.
💛💚💙💜💖
I enjoyed watching the video. I lo e it

Deeply moving.
Being a cowboy is a lifestyle not a form of dressing
Actually, it is just costuming. Out where I live in Idaho, "cowboy drag" is quite common, regardless of "lifestyle." I think it's kind of ridiculous.
Tall, good looking, those high cheek bones, eyes....he's got it all He just needs one real friend who will tell him that.... Maybe they are jealous,,,,but those aren't friends! He needs to find some ....like now! I mean who could resist this guy?
I'm sure his "friends", would even be more jealous, when all the ladies hit on him, trust me I know from experience
I love cowboys.
Good one. Nice writing. The old-man-ending was too Disney... but the sentiment got it thru. Subbed
Still one of the best
jbc he can turn his Colt against himself
Nice Carnival masquerade
Cowboy ?
What is meaning of that word ?
Cowboy de medianoche,John Voight jajajajajajajajajajajjaja
good film, nice analogy to homophobia
Aawwwww poor Andrew, if he wants to be a cowboy deal with it not be an ass and keep his spirits down.
Cowboy cute
A side effect of horrible parenting.
Those Eyes !
I thank what their trying to sy is be youself because if a person dos ent like you for who u are then screw them. If a person makes fun of u remember they took time out of there day to thank of u
lol ive seen people in cowboy hats before, and they all looked like badasses, not to be fucked with. and im on the east coast! haha
Really, this mother telling her son he looks ridiculous?
I feel for his mom. It must be hard to find acting work if she agreed to be a part of this ridiculous nonsense.
enchanted
The cowboy is pretty fucking cute. To bad he lacked self identity or self respect.
What? Such perfect annunciations! No Hickebonics! Is this Canadian, or what?
Me encanta estos hombres vestidos así.
Its good to see someone using there DSLR for short filmmaking instead of blogging, check out my channel tell me what you think.
What exactly was this film trying to say? Pick something out of a hat (pun) and stick with it? Andrew's not a cowboy, he's Andrew.
VOCE É O QUE ACREDITA SER..DESEJA SER....SONHE E REALIZE TEUS SONHOS LIBERDADE DE SER DESEJA.💋❤🌏😂🌟💫
This guy has trouble making friends? With his good looks? Sure, sure.
Hoesey I use to think the same thing about good looking people, until I met this guy that was really hot, but nobody could stand him, except me (I had a crush on him), I think most people thought he was fake.

Meh.....not.
That fat guy is disgusting and ugly and no doubt stinks - how did he become an actor?
