Review!!!! So I tried making this one last night, I was used to making the flan in traditional way but it's kind of a hassle so I was interested in trying this method and the outcome was great. There is however bits of discrepancy despite being satisfied with the result. I must have went overboard when stirring the mixture on fire. I wasn't sure how when to take it off the fire since it's still watery and when I did the mixture dried up so fast because of the gelatin 😂 I panicked a bit then but it went fine. The caramel though, how did it get to that brown color? 🤔 I did make a good amount of caramelized sugar and the consistency of what I made is somewhat great, it just lack color unlike this beautiful one here. So I'm curious for how long did you melt and mix it on fire? Anyway, this is a magnificent recipe, clearly I need to practice more with this method. Thank you for sharing this recipe, your talent and creativity. 💓 I was so excited when I tried the finished product and thought I had to share what I felt at least. 😁 I wish you a lot of success in life.
