I have a few cheats: 1. Chose Coach ability based on school prestige. Motivator and Tactician are good for 3-5 prestige teams. If your team is below 3 star prestige then Recruiter is the way to go. 2. When recruiting you have to look at team needs, recruit rating, player interest in your school, and offers. A 3 or 4 star player with zero offers will be more interested in your school compared to a 5 star recruit with many. A good rule is dont recruit five stars unless your team is in the recruits top 3 interest at the beginning of the season or the recruit hasn't narrowed down their schools yet. A five star that has your school below 5th in their interest will be almost impossible to get until your coach prestige has gone up. 3. You should also watch your team prestige rating. A losing record, playing too many cupcakes, not winning conference championships, not winning bowl games, not making the college football playoff, and fulfilling coaching contracts will hurt the coach and the school. A good rule is to look at your program prestige and preseason ranking when starting each season. If your team is in the top 25 then the goal should be winning the conference championship, making the college football playoff, and not having more than 2 losses in the regular season. A 1-3 star school that exceeds expectations will most likely get another star. If you somehow lead a 1-3 star school to a national championship then your school will automatically get another star.
No my guy. If you see a red cracked gem( that recruit is a bust. They’ll not be as good as they should be. Green means they’re over exceeding. Like if a 3* has a green gem? They’re damn near a 4*/better. Diamond in the ruff type deal
There are a lot of good teams. Any good school will have a great playbook with variety of run and pass (Texas, Alabama, Georgia). If you want a funky offense, look at UNLV, Wake Forest. Defensively - any top 25 school will have the formations you need to be successful.

I hope someone can help me. My game is missing many teams. When you go to setting, profile, select favorite team, I am missing a ton of teams I have seen others out there having the same issue but have not seen any explanations as of yet.
Several issues with Dynasty that deflate my experience. 1. I cannot edit players ratings/appearance in Dynasty 2. I cannot play other teams games when there is a great matchup. Honestly, it is MY GAME. It is an offline Dynasty, why all the restrictions? MLB the Show is doing it right.

none of those awards are in the game. it’s a different licensing agreement than with the Heisman trust. So individual awards got named something else.

Players will play CPU unless they’re all in conferences together and lineup the matchups with their teams.
