Diversity; there’s a restaurant in Zakopane with a three page menu, every item on that menu is Trout, all the ways it can be prepared and served,
Don’t get me started on “Oscypek” you’ll have to Google that , l have fits of depression thinking about it let alone describing it. 2:54

The best food in Europe, that is what it's like. Many Soups with variations of vegetables and meats, a lot of potato and meat dishes, pierogis with many different types of fillings, pastas (actually it is potato based usually, a bit like gnocchi). these potato based surroundings with meats or vegetables inside. and then you have all the varieties of breads, pastries and cakes. It has not authentically Polish, because it has so many influences from German, Ukrainian, Russian, but it has taken all the best from here and across Europe. It's always something I miss when I am living in Finland, because the food there is terrible.
