So awesome when a hobby is passed on to the next generation and doesn't just die out with us old grumpy people. Respect for sharing it with the youngling/paddawan. Respect to the youngling/paddawan Ruthie for picking up the hobby and not just frown at it. This is just so cool. 👍
Glad to see Ruthie back at the bench. She's a daughter I'd be very proud of. Not just because she's beautiful to see with wonderful long hair as I like. But because she is a sweet, talented and intelligent young lady, with all that meams to us old schoolers. I love that 29 Roadster pickup. You're a lucky dad Matt. And I like the 3D parts I bought from you. Ford 9"s and ladder bars. The "cream gray" sounds like the color so popular on current cars like Honda Accords and Civics. I have a diecast Porsche 959 in a similar green. If those kit wheels and tires are not wanted, they could certainly find a home here for a reasonable price...😎
Don't lie! Dad knew his daughter's a beauty and that's what was on the thumbnail and that's why it's in the algorithm and we clicked! It worked, new subscriber.
@@zaftrajoking, right? Or pretty girls just not your lifestyle. Another possibility is that you are one of those feeling compelled to invoke “creepy” whenever a male comments on a female’s attractiveness.
@@sjoer yeah, this channel is the perfect reason to get me into model car collecting, as well as hot wheels as well. I had friends that I grew up with that are into RC cars too. I'd love to get into that as I'm really becoming an automotive and bike enthusiast, so these other avenues celebrating car culture come with the territory.
Hey Miss Ruthie! It is so awesome to see you back at the bench! Based on your past builds, when you get this Porsche finished and entered at various shows, if you don't get any awards for it, the only reason could that the judges are blind! Keep up the amazing work, young lady!
So nice to see you back building another kit at the bench Ruthie. I see another award winner in progress. Awesome video Matt!!! Always good seeing your family involved with the hobby.
Love to see the kids taking up the hobby. I still have built kits I made back when I was a teen 50 years ago. And they still look pretty good to this day. Keep on building, creating, and dreaming!
Ruthie. Keep spending lekker time with your pops. Its the best value time to work, learn, explore and grow together forever ❤ plus admire such detail passion.

Good work Ruthie I am doing the road version and its going to be in pink with white Interior then going to build the Jagameistar model and do it as one raced here in NZ
It's always so awesome to have your kids join you for a wholesome hobby like this. I remember sitting at the dining room table with mine, some great memories and bonding. I came here looking for resin parts to try but seen this. You got a sub
It's always a treat to see Ms Rutie in the shop!! Congrats on your award!! BTW...I found a white used 2003 Porsche 911 Carrera for 21k on CarFax....just saying!

Welcome back Ruthie! A Tamiya kit is always a good choice to build, and I hope you get a chance to finish off the pink Corvette because I recall that's been sitting for a while now.
"More blonder," indeed, Matt! I've been wanting to pick one of these Tamiya Porsches up. It's great to see you back, Ruthie! You're an inspiration for all of us, and a better builder than I'll ever be!
Ruthie it's nice to see you in the model room again and congrats on the second place. Now I know why there was only 3 porsche kits at my model show because Matthew bought them all. Thanks
Good to see you building again Ruthie, I've wondered what happened to your other channel. That Porche is going to look sweet. Congrats on the 2nd place with your Pumkinmobile.
Glad to see Ruthie back in the shop. Love to see young people building. You are going to have to give her a raise if she wants a 911. Have a great day.
Great to see Ruthie back again! How is the shop extension project coming? I remember you showed the existing shelter, with great sounding plans for bigger enclosure.
I gotto say, it's awesome that you get such a girly girl building models with you. Quality dad-daughter time. Maybe one day you will buy her that dream Porsche, or she'll marry some lucky dude who will.
My 19 year old daughter had ago at model building. Bought her the snap kit of the Ford ranger by Revell. Put her off a little as the bits were quite tight and the decals were a nightmare.
4:27 ''Nobody puts -baby- Pumpkin in a corner ...'' 😂 Just kidding Seriously though a dedicated display case for Ruth's builds and awards would be very impressive to see ... alongside her mother's display case 😊 👍
Hi Matt good and nice kit Ruthie got. But when you like a porsche 911 WITH a complete engine and interior you need to get the 911 TARGA from Revell, it is red on the box and that is a loaded kit. Fits realy good, like the Tamiya, only need to adjust the height a bit.And it got the nice Fuchs original porsche wheel under it. Glad to see her back, and when she build that porsche like the pumpkin mobiel, she will grab some rewards her and there on a show.
That is so cool that your daughter is into model kits, my dad and I sometimes build some I I was also wondering about some thing is there a way you can build me a model if I send you something or tell you what I want

It was an honor to meet your whole family at Simpsonville.

First saw a 934 at Mosport in 75 or 76. Would make a great Sunday morning drive car!
Building with my Dad is always the best of time 👍☮️
Cream gray makes sense to me. Basically a pastel gray which is a great choice.
Jagger comes in a green bottle, so green is good
She's a sweetheart. I'm sure you're very proud. 🌹🏁
I wish my daughter would do this with me. Great intro into problem solving, craft and attention to detail.
And she has taste…wide-bodied Porsche.

Crazy she doesn't make everything pink. I don't know. Especially that one seater. Namastè.
I still can't airbrush worth a damn...but Ruthie is a pro at it! Great start.

Happy Father’s Day. They grow up fast. Take care of each other 🙏🏽
I own 2 911SCs so this is really interesting.
Wow that's awesome!
That nail color definitely has to go on one of her future builds. Wouldn’t look right on the Porsche though. Build on Ruthie!
