I’ve been enjoying watching your reviews on the 2024 Santa Fe and different trim levels. We’re seriously considering the Caligraphy with the Hybrid so will look forward to your review on that. We’re also with you on the new design, love the boxy practical shape and that Hyundai took some design risks and controversial decisions. If there would be any complaint about this vehicle it is more about what the American market is getting in comparison to the Overseas or even the Canadian market for what we are paying. So many features are not in the American version. Otherwise The car is really nice having already driven the SEL and Limited versions. Also could you guys do a review of the HDA2 in the Calligraphy. Again does it have all the functionality of what was advertised. Thanks.

Nice vehicle. Was hoping Hyundai would offer at least one 5 passenger version for those who don’t want the third row. Oh well
I really like the option for captain chairs. I'm sick of the regular bench seat. I think the captain chairs are better when traveling with adults.
one major feature/weakness that I saw at the local dealer are the motorized grill flaps to enhance or block cooling. if those motorized flaps fail in hot weather, prepare for overheating and getting stuck by the side of the road...of course it is covered under warranty, but you are still stuck.
I'll be ordering a top-spec Santa Fe as soon as pre-orders open in Europe - HEV, blue, AWD.
I doubt the 2.5 transmission will be available in Europe.
Is it normal that when santa fe is in Idle Stop and Go mode then run you will fell jerking a little?
The interior of this car really freaking cool. By any chance are you trying to get your hands on a sonata limited? I’m thinking about that as my next car.

Is the HUD useful with how Hyundai implements it? The Calligraphy is required to get the HUD it seems.
Hey brothers, don't you guys think the 1.6 Hybrid setup will be a dog given the weight of the SF? I've got the 1.6 Hybrid setup in both of our 22 Tucson Hybrids. While it's a peppy little engine in "sport mode" I'd hardly call it a fast car. That being said, we are getting 37 MPG in real life out of both the SEL Convenience and the Limited Trims. Thanks
That is something we are concerned about but we won't know until we can get our hands on one of them
I LOVE the design! It's very cool. The DUAL CLUTCH TRANSMISSION may very well be a deal killer for Hyundai. I have to ask....WHY in hell did they go with a DCT? As far as you guys are concerned......I would like to think that Hyundai will excnange vehicles with you.....and give you a brand new one without the issues. They really need to "guinea pig" you car. Figure it out.

We have had no issues with this feature on the 1,200 miles we have gone so far in our Santa Fe
It’s called Forward Attention Warning and it can be disabled in Settings.
Wondering why you have your cell phone plugged in, when the vehicle has wireless apple car play/android auto and two wireless chargers?
My phone was almost dead so needed the faster charging of a direct connection

I love the Santa fe I have a 23. But i do not like the redesign. I do not need a third row. That should be an option. That is why I bought a Santa FE because it was a two row and had a large cargo area.
I agree. They should have made the 3rd row optional!
unfortunately, the previous Santa Fe was 1.5 sec faster. 2024 does zero to 60 in 7.6 sec while the 2021does it in 6.1 sec. I have the the 2021 and after a test drive of the 2024 I decided that it was inferior to the 2021. that 1.5 sec makes a difference. 2021 Santa Fe more enjoyable.
All great until you need a new transmission. Pass.
Buyer beware i bought a santa fe XL 2017 v6 brand new meticulously maintained ended up with engine failure 2023..Shortly after warranty engine died hyundai not a company i would deal with ever again because i will NEVER buy a hyundai again..had to sell it for parts

I’m not a fan of the butt lights an overall rear look . Think it diminishes all the gains on the rest of the design. The front grill is unfinished looking like on going project.

For the typical (most of us)driver, what are the advantages of a DCT?
It's supposed to helpful for fuel economy as well
