Thanks for the video. Suggest the camera shot focus more on the house then you and close ups. Please zoom out to get an idea of the space and relation to other spaces. You mention the wood floors but barely saw 2 feet of wood floors

$445K & Leesburg is a city. Orlando is about 35 minutes away. Orlando Health has an ER across the street from the community entrance. Southlake Hospital is in Clermont about 25 minute drive. Leesburg Hospital is 20 minutes away & Advent Health Hospital is closer to a 35 minute ride.
