    Awesome. Kudos to Stuart and his team at State Bird Provisions. I grew up in Catalunya and the combination of fresh anchovies and pa amb tomaquet is mesmerizing. There is a wonderful little place in Barcelona, El Xampanyet, where they’ve been specializing in it for almost a century. Thanks for bringing the tradition to the states. I’ll be up to visit!
