@@The5150owl It depends, but generally speaking, O1 will hold an edge longer than 1095. That said, profile is more important to me than steel. If this FTP were only available in 1095, I’d have no complaints. It is an excellent tool! 👍
Prepping a feather stick is always relaxing, especially seeing them go up in flames. 🔥😁. We spent the last week base camping and fly fishing in the Uintas at 9,400 feet. The wood we had was mostly lodgepole pine, but I was able to process some larger rounds down and get some workable pieces to feather nicely.
