This labour dispute has hurt small Canadian businesses and the Canadian economy and it was done at this time of year to create the most pressure. The Government should have stepped in by now to end this standstill. Sadly, they won't because the Liberal government fears losing NDP support and losing the next confidence vote. What we're seeing is a Liberal party who is putting their desperate need to cling to power over what's best for Canadians. Canada Post is hemorrhaging money, and the corporation and the union need to start acting like adults. If it wasn't a Crown Corporation it would have gone under by now. Get over it, the wages and work are terrible everywhere for everyone and we don't get any pensions. Our democracy is being held hostage by a literal politician mafia selling our country for personal profit, and nothing will improve until the next election. Now stop harming the rest of us struggling and go back to work or kick rocks and get a different job.

Internal issues of CEO taking the profits are not our problem. Dissolve the upper 40% give the workers a small raise. People dying without their medicine. Literally

Canada Post should give them what they want, Raise their rates to cover the cost. Maybe then the private carriers will be cheaper than these overpaid workers.
