8/17/24 Justice for baby, thrown away like Trash in hospital bathroom, never asked to help. Lied about possible pregnancy, denied even S Active. Free for Prom, College classes. Other teen, still in jail! Her baby alive! Unfair
@@CourtTV when she found out she was pregnant and New Mexico had just stopped their abortions. This sounds like a political movement to me. But they knew if they deliver that baby in the hospital they knew they could try to keep them medical staff liable. It's extremely disturbing and I believe the fact that they wanted this baby dead was obvious and planned.

No matter what the hospital did or didn't do, they did NOT put that baby in the trash can and put a plastic bag on top of it. Even if she didn't know she was pregnant, the moment she gave birth she knew that putting it in the trash was wrong. People doing horrible things and blaming anyone but themselves. 😡
She tried to hide it notice there's blood all over the bathroom but absolutely none on her? Trying to make it look like she miscarried!
She should have pulled the cord! They could have sent her mom to the waiting room. She did have rights to HIPPA
Exactly! What was the hospital supposed to do? She kept lying about being pregnant. ER doctors don’t do a full body head to toe assessment. They focus on the area of complaint, in this case her back. Even still this ER doctor was discerning enough to order a pregnancy test and not give standard meds. The only culpable one here is the liar that wrapped an infant in a plastic bag, hid it in the trash, and still continued to lie after.
Yeah, the Hospital might have blown the case though. Nothing in that hospital room is useable in court. She wasn't read her rights and the Nurse brought in Police without consent to discuss medical issues as well as in front of her mother without asking. You are required to ask even if a family member is in the room if it is okay to discuss the medical problems in front of them.
The Police went along with it and might have blown the case.
She's 100% guilty but they certainly did all they could to screw this case up and help her walk free.
Honestly all the staff should get some sort of justice as she's saying it's their fault 💔
Alexee refused a physical examination and would NOT let the doctor or nurses touch her AT ALL because she knew she was pregnant and would be found out. This was absolutely premeditated and intentional.
Her lawsuit against the hospital is a sham.
Sounds like there was a bathroom in the room, but she chose to go to a bathroom farther away. Definitely premeditated

Exactly @sorormimm493 They keep forgetting to mention that she sat like that in her baggy clothes knees to her chest...excuse me, I mean pregnant belly, covered in blankets the whole time refusing to be examined. It's not the hospital's fault. It's an ER, and her complaint was her back, not her belly. There's not a lot of hands-on the ER docs do when your chief complaint is pain.
@@heysassafrasWhat does that mean "not a lot of hands on" when your chief complaint is pain? Isn't pain one of the main reasons people visit the ER and the medical staff are in the business of finding the source of that pain?
And yes, labour pain is often felt in the back or deferred elsewhere. Hospital staff have been known to have a laid back approach to labour pains which seems to be the case here.

She not only tied the bag up really tight, but she also put it at the bottom of the trash can with other bags and stuff on top of it. She knowingly and willing put her baby in a tied up bag, chewed off the umbilical cord, and then tried to hide her crime by playing like she had no clue.

What difference does it make if she knew she was pregnant or not? If a baby suddenly appears in front of you don’t wrap it in a trash bag and hide it in a bin. I don’t care if it falls out of your vagina or if it falls out of the sky, you take care of it or give it to someone else who will.

She knew she was pregnant. She & her b/f named the baby before she delivered. Several of her friends knew she was pregnant too. The hospital is a "safe haven" facility. She could have handed the baby to any hospital employee. The baby would have gone to a foster home & then adopted.
So what is the boyfriend charged with? Murder? It takes two people to make a baby. Both of them should be responsible for it.

I don’t care what her excuse is. She said she didn’t know she was pregnant. That’s a lie. And giving her the benefit of the doubt she knew when she pushed him out she was pregnant. She murdered that baby. I hope she doesn’t escape justice. I personally find murder of babies and children is the lowest form of crime that needs to be dealt with swiftly and strong. They cannot do anything to help themselves. People are desperate to adopt and to see her treat that baby like trash is indefensible. There would have been a line to take that little boy.
I agree, she kept insisting she had never had sex, asked her mother for pads every month this was to cover up her pregnancy, she knew, her periods stopped, her belly grew, the baby moved, if she did not know she was pregnant why wasn't she concerned enough to see a Dr. about cessation of her period?

That conversation on camera is going to be huge for the defense! I feel the family dynamic is going to be on display. Also if she’s been seeing a chiropractor, had that chiropractor never said anything about the pregnancy? Mine did xray updates every few months when I was in a lot of pain.

24 years ago I tried hiding my pregnancy from my parents. The bio dad wanted nothing to do with us and I lived every single day in fear and heartache... But, I knew I had to be responsible, so on my 6th month I told my parents. There was no screaming or anger, just pure love. And now, my son just graduated premed and is prepping for med school. To all the scared moms to be out there, It will all be okay.❤

Respectfully disagree. I had post partum psychosis and was in a psychotic state. Had I not taken myself to the hospital, God only knows what happened. Granted that is in NO WAY to harm a baby, there is such a thing where someone loses track of their mind and not knowing what is happening. Don't think this is the case here, but it unfortunately happens.

The rule in the hospital is no one is dead until they r pronounced deceased by a doctor. Unless there is a DNR YOU TRY YOUR BEST TO Save that human ……She knew that plastic is not what you put around the face, and I was on the toilet too when my daughter was born I got up as fast as I could the nurse ran with the baby and she was ok. Stuff happens but if I had been alone I would have pulled the bell and screamed loud as I could.
My first girl was born with me alone and end of the bed up because of the heart rate staying down to long. A soon a she was born she was swimming ( I thought ) in the water whatever. And another woman also in the labour room pulled her bell and between her and me we yelled. Again she was ok. Now I wasn’t there whatever they did with her but when you r having a baby give it a chance to life

I’m a cheer coach and no way her coaches didn’t know something was wrong! We have the same brand of uniform and those skirts don’t hide anything and they don’t stretch!!! There is no way she didn’t need to size up in her uniform from the beginning of the season until that picture was taken. The amount of time we spend with our athletes is often more than their parents. I would have notice and I would Not have let it go!!!! I would have want to mom and if she shut me down I would have went to my athletic director, athletic trainer, the principal someone!! I would have demanded she get a doctor’s note saying that the giant mass growing from her abdomen all season isn’t going to kill her if she catches her flyer wrong!!!!

She knew she was pregnant because when the Doctor & nurse tried to lay hands on her to examine her she would pull away she didn't want them to touch her or see under her clothes... SHE KNEW and this proves it.
I got pregnant at age 16 and I certainly knew I was pregnant even before I saw a doctor. I had intense morning sickness and fainting fits and my periods had stopped. I had left home at 14 and had a job, a rental place and a bf, who abandoned me. I got a live in housekeeping job and was able to keep my baby. I could never j=have dreamed of snuffing out her life.

Well I'm not a teenager I'm in my 50s and when I first got pregnant at 15 I had no idea until I was 7 and a 1/2 months. And I only found out because my mom pointed it out That it was a possibility I was still wearing my regular pants. Mind you I was toxcemic and my pregnancy was mostly in my back all of a sudden it just blew forward at 8 and a 1/2 months and then I gave birth.

I was 15 pregnant, very strict parents. I tried to hide it, but morning sickness made my parents say. You are pregnant. I was sent an unwed mother's home. Finally, I kept the baby. In those days, that was a big NO NO! It was a long,-time before my family accepted my baby. I do understand the fear, but the love for my baby was even stronger. Same time had another relive that got a girl pregnant. They got married at 15. All was great for them. The family showed support and love.
Whether she knew or not is irrelevant. She put that baby in the trash instead of calling a nurse or doctor. That baby had air in his lungs when they autopsied him.
I'm surprised this doctor would suggest that there is no way that a mentally sound woman would not know she was pregnant. As surprising as it sounds, there are many well documented cases of cryptic pregnancy in medical literature, including instances where the woman had no visible belly, and continued to spot in such as way that it appears to be a period. With that being said, I believe that Ms. Trevizo absolutely knew she was pregnant - she certainly looked pregnant in pictures taken before the baby's birth - and I do not believe there is any reasonable excuse for her actions.
I don't believe Alexee allowed an exam, which would thwart the doctor from feeling the baby, checking for a heartbeat, or pretty much anything, except maybe the blood draw.

I am not making excuses, but I had post-partum psychosis and it was traumatic, but thank God I was still with it enough to take myself to the hospital. It was so serious my OB/GYN called the hospital to MAKE SURE I had come in, if not they were going to send the authoritys to come and take me to the hospital.

I had my son at 19. I had just graduated high school and it was scary. But I did what I had to do. I worked and prepared for the baby. It was a scary time but I have loved my baby boy from the first time I heard his heart beat. The moment he was born is the single greatest moment in my life. I was overwhelmed but had great nurses and family support.
She knew that baby was coming out and that's why she ran down the hallway instead of using the bathroom that was in her room.
