  • I always introduce all-you-can-eat gourmet restaurants in Tokyo, but this time I would like to introduce a luxury hotel buffet in Seoul, Korea! When traveling to Seoul, Korea, I visited the buffet Shilla Hotel Seoul, which was recommended to me by a local.
Hello, my name is Emily and I live in Tokyo.Thank you for taking a look at my V-log!
In this channel, we introduce all-you-can-eat restaurants and hotel buffets in Japan, mainly in Tokyo, with a little bit of gluttony.
I am an ordinary office worker in my 20s, but when I come to all-you-can-eat restaurants and hotel buffets, I usually eat a big meal unlike usual.
I would like to introduce all-you-can-eat restaurants and Japanese restaurants where you can eat a lot of food until you are satisfied, especially for foreign visitors to Tokyo.
I would be very happy if you could subscribe to my channel and share my videos.

If you come to Tokyo for sightseeing, please let me know. I know many good and interesting restaurants!
There are many vlogs on RUclips, but I hope this youtube channel will be a vlog of Japanese food that will be helpful to those who travel to Japan.
Japanese food is very varied and interesting, so please enjoy it when you travel to Japan.

I have visited many hotel buffets and all-you-can-eat buffets in Tokyo, but this was my first time to visit a buffet in Seoul! I was so impressed with the nice hotel buffet that I ate a big meal. I was so impressed with the beautiful hotel buffet that I ate a big meal. I went sightseeing in Seoul on my trip, but the big meal here was my most memorable experience.
The first thing that surprised me was the price...! The price of the buffet lunch was less than 20,000 yen, which is more than the three major hotels in Tokyo 😅.
And the contents were also a surprise. The buffet was very rich with all-you-can-eat crab and abalone, which are rarely offered at hotel buffets in Tokyo.
Steak, Peking duck, sushi, sashimi, and other dishes were also plentiful, and it was quite a challenge to eat all of them in a little over two hours!
It was a challenge to eat everything on the menu in a little over two hours!
Crabs are hard to peel, so I tend to shy away from them at buffets, but they are cut into easy-to-eat pieces and are very thick, so you can enjoy them until you are satisfied!
Of course, being in Korea, there was also a full Korean food section!
The Seoul Shilla Hotel is a member of the Samsung group, a representative hotel in Seoul along with the Westin Chosun Hotel and other hotels, and to my surprise, a member of Okura Hotels & Resorts in Japan.

Thank you for sharing this experience with us. What a luxurious food! The danger is obviously eating too much, because at this price and quality one would want to try absolutely everything. I w would need to be rolled out of there🙂

Woah! That is pricey buffet but sure looked delicious. Most I’ve ever spent is around $160.00 for teppanyaki in Tokyo. Someday you will have to visit Las Vegas and try out many hotel buffets! Keep up the great videos.

You got a great balance of salads and kimchi to all the delicious meats you chose. The desserts and fruits looked excellent as well. I love how after all your desserts you had noodles and crab legs.

Expensive Korean buffet does not impress me. I would rather go to the Japanese hotel buffet any day. We have been to the New Otani buffet featured in your video as we stayed at the Executive Zen House during our last visit in 2023. Apparently, the Koreans also have issues with Thai people because they are so fearful that we might illegally stay there permanently after entering their country. We are Thai-Americans and do not need or desire to go to Korea for anything. We have great family and high paying job in the US. We always support Japan and have been vacationing in Tokyo every year for almost 20 years.
