yup i think its not worth even talking about it, unless he has told the coaches he is more interested in playing in the NFL that would be the only reason he would come play college baseball and football anywhere. He will most likely take the 4 plus million instead of 1 million nil max a year or maybe a little over if he can get both an allotment from baseball nil and football nil which could be close to what he would make on signing bonus in 3 years but he would also make another 500K plus each year in mlb extra at min. If he plays college football it would be crazy to see him dominate both and try to do some bo jackson type ish!
Everyone loves Chad Jones. He seems to have an Instagram account and several kids. There are some pictures with his family and Kelly on the sideline. You mentioned but of course everyone wants to hear more about him. Maybe you can do an interview with him?
I would take William over most of the guys you mentioned and he hasn’t played a down in college yet,I just think he would put the secondary back on the map
@Cdrop63 don't lose it too bad ....wherever he signs he won't make it to campus......95mph fastball one of best baseball players in the nation.....he's going to the MLB😅
@Bearded-Dragon62 all it does is inflate your recruiting class....I say there's less than a 2% (probably more likely 1%)chance he doesn't go to MLB......it is....what it is. Would rather sign a player who actually makes it to campus. No college program is gonna match what a potential top 10 MLB draft prospect is gonna get
His playing days are likely done tbh. He’s gonna have a lot more things to focus on like just getting back to a normal life before he can even think of playing a sport.
Another crucial battle with A&M. Getting Bussey vibes a little. But with the baseball factor, it’s not ideal that A&M is the hot baseball school right now.
BS! Dont get me wrong, he is a fine athlete and I hope LSU gets him, but the best recruit ever is BS! How can you compare someone who is not even the best football player in his own state to some of the super LSU recruits of the past, and I will just name one, Billy Cannon! Cannon was a 10.4 sprinter who won the 100, 220, and the shot put in a SEC meet! He was a heisman trophy winner, the only player ever to be all pro as a lineman (TE) and a back (RB), and you ate going to insult great LSU recruits of the past by saying this about a guy who is not rated as the best player even in his own state?!?!?!?
This kid is the real deal people
Jonah Williams will never play a down of college football. he's probably a top 5 MLB draft choice next year out of high school

Gotta love a player that says he can’t be bought
Kids say the darnest things

His family tree is full of athletes and pros. Ranging from nfl, mlb, and track athletes
Jonah also posted on his instagram story “unlimited NIL lol” after pickett committed to LSU
Wow, this kid really can do it all. On football he’d have to play a less contact position like free safety or CB or WR to be a two sport player, imo.
Idk about this! We forgetting about Chad Jones already?
I mention Chad in today’s episode.
Mentioned Chad twice.
Chad was a helluva Athlete!
Next Deion?!!! How about the next Chad Jones?!!!
He’s a better prospect than Chad in both sports. And I mention Chad in the episode.

As a football player and baseball player LSU has to be a dream 😂 if we can land Jonah I’ll lose it.

@@thekey1682 still worth trying to sign regardless because if he signs with Texas and doesn’t go to MLB then you missed out on a generational talent

Any update on Greg Brooks #3? And do he still have eligibility

JW is my kinda guy
If LSU gets him, he’ll play linebacker as opposed to safety.😊
Not me! If it wasn’t for his accident he would have been nfl hall of fame
Dreadlocks of Doom! I mention him today.

It doesn't matter where Williams go....he won't make it to campus.....he's MLB bound😢
