Last night was the first time I felt on fire for God. I kept saying man I just love Jesus so much I’m so in awe of him my heart cannot contain how much love I have for him! Then I went outside listening to worship music and dancing and singing because I didn’t want to wake my 2 toddlers up😅😁🤍

Repenting in the every day slip ups has 100% strengthened my relationship with God & Jesus. And it helps me acknowledge it and lock it in that I want to change those particular things.

This episode was LEGIT a GOD SEND in PERFECT TIMING. Thank you JESUS and thank YOU Ally. I was feeling weighed down with confusion, pride, ungratefulness and was trying to deal with my sin on my own as if I can cleanse myself and do the work to make myself better on my own and this let me know what I needed to do and within half an hour, my fire naturally started coming back. That gunk was piling on top of my fire and once I repented, confessed and asked him to help me, HE DID and I mean quickly😭. He really WAITS for us like that. The creator of literally EVERYTHING waits for US. I already feel new and fresh again after 2 weeks of this warfare. Thank you so much. I sincerely mean it ❤🎉.

Today’s episode take me back to a day at work, my supervisor came over to my desk and was talking about Jesus and she could see the genuine happiness that came over me and she said to me “ Tahirah(my name) you get on fire for the Lord” the best compliment ever because I love my God so much and I happiest in His presence. And at my work we are banned from talking about religion and if there is one thing I do everyday is to mention Jesus name to someone.
As someone who has worked with the Lord for some time, I can say the fire comes but to sustain that fire, is to do what we see Ally do - being truly desperate, prayer, being anchored and consistently in the Word (an area I’m battling it with) but also - PRAISE! One thing we can observe about people like Ally, Ashley Hetherington, Carew, Emmy amd others is PRAISE. They praise and worship (2 separate things y’all) and thanksgiving both ignites and sustains fire! 🙌 praying for you all!!!

I agree with you! To be on fire with GOD, you need to deny your flesh, and follow him every single day, at the beginning it could be hard because you are starting a new relationship, getting to know him, talking to him. I do feel that it is normal to not feel that fire from the Lord at the beginning, but if you continue reading the Bible, getting to know him, who HE is, how is his character, what he has done, how much love he has for every single one of us. Then, eventually the fire will come just as you said!!
I was born a christian, but I’ve never denied my flesh every single day and neither talked to him everyday. But when I hit the rock, I said to JESUS now I’m gonna follow you everywhere, every single day, no matter if I do not feel you in the process I know you’re with me. I opened up to him about how I was feeling, that I didn’t feel his presence anymore and how lonely I felt. After 2 weeks i now feel his presence, trust and love him with my whole heart no matter what comes next I’ll know he’s gonna be with me, because of how much he loves me, because he’s faithful, he’s PERFECT, and more and more beautiful adjectives.

I am incredible new in my walk with the Lord, I have no idea what I am doing.. BUT when I closed my eyes to repent my sins with you Ally, I became so emotional and i find myself crying a lot when I think about what he has given for us. These podcasts are truly a blessing for us that havent found community or guidance yet. Thank you ❤

I just found this video (on a Friday, ironically enough) and I truly think this is God's way of showing and giving me tools to get closer to him and I am so grateful for it!
I'm at my workplace typing this. I felt comfort and beginning to tear and I'm only halfway through the video. I'm struggling with a lot and I thought I repented already but this video opened my eyes to surrender everything to God. I had shame and guilt and even if I think I have repented I still have a fear of saying it all to God so I keep it but it opened my eyes of I'm delaying myself to full salvation and righteousness and road to being on fire again with God. So thank you for this. This is an eye opener. May God give his peace to you today and to all of you
Wow I can relate so much to this you not alone, Jesus saves and he is able to deliver you from any sin that i weighing you down. I pray that the lord will revial to you to root problem or sin that is weighing you down, that the holy spirt would give you a spirit to ask for forgiveness. I pray for freedom from every single stronghold that is coming against you I rebuke it now In the name I of Jesus. I pray this in Jesus sovereign and loving name amen.
I just want you to know that I am still learning to give it all to the lord everyday. To pray more and talk to the lord more. I’m learning to not lean on my own understanding but his. It’s a beautiful thing that takes time. Just keep going, keep seeking, keep walking and keep believing. Because he’s not done with you yet. He’s not done until it’s good. God bless you.❤
I was feeling so far away from God, and this video popped up two nights ago and I just sat and bawled. This was a word that I really needed to hear 💕

I struggle to give all these sinful things to God because I feel like He's given me so much, His Son died on a cross for me, He gave me a family, I have a roof over my head and food every night and I am grateful for all of it and I know it's from Him. But with all this good He's given me I struggle to give Him my sin, but that's repentance isn't it that despite how ugly the sin is, I can't run from it and God already knows it. All I can do is give it up because on my shoulders it's boulders weighing me down but in His hand it's as tiny as a grain of sand. He can handle it, I can't.
Thank you Jesus and Ally for this message. There has been a sin that I’ve been holding on to for some years. I’ve been so full of guilt and shame. The Lord used you to speak to me. I got on my knees and prayed this prayer of repentance and the burden was lifted. There was freedom in that moment. The enemy had been trying to remind me of it and using it to shame me in these last few days. The timing of this episode was fire🔥of God.
Ally, your podcast has been so instrumental in this season I’m in. I was just telling my therapist that I have been in this cycle of shame and trying to be perfect after I make a mistake. Repentance is something I’m working on ❤️

This was so good and I so needed all of this.
One thing that resonated was when you talked about how Satan will try to romanticize past sins trying to get you back into it. When I first became Christian like almost 20 years ago, I was coming out of Wicca and Satan would constantly romanticize it in my mind and make me want to find a way to hang onto certain aspects of it. I purged every thing from my home - books, tarot, crystals, etc - and just prayed that God would keep me far away from it. I’d pass a book in a bookstore and feel drawn to it. It’s amazing how strong the pull was but God is always stronger.
I realized earlier this week that I’ve been keeping myself from making connections and community within my church because of feeling shameful and not worthy enough and not wanting people to get close to me and see what is really going on in my life and what I hide. This helped me understand it doesn’t need to be this way and there is power in confessing those sins and leaning on others and Jesus for support and guidance❤️

When I repented from alcoholism, THAT was the first time I turned to truly being on FIRE for God. like every convo with me, is now God’s convo and I have never felt more alive than being in the presence and friendship with our Father.
This was so powerful and encouraging! I was washing dishes while listening to this and it opened my eyes to some things I needed to repent. I started tearing up while washing the dishes! Bitterness and resentment are some of the big ones, I feel like God was reminding me of. I have held onto a lot of resentment for my biological father. I've always struggled with this. It's a long story, but Father's Day always brings me these painful feelings and thoughts. I know I needed to surrender, but I was desperately begging God to take the bitterness, while still clinging to it, and not fully surrendering. Thank you for this amazing podcast and for helping me realize that I don't need to wait for anything to be on fire for God. You truly are a blessing! Thank the Lord, our God, for His patience, mercy, forgiveness, and love. We truly are so blessed to be loved by The Father!

When we were going to pray together to Jesus and repent I was saying to God, God if you’re here than turn my chair (I was sitting in a chair with wheels you know) and then He literally did that, I felt Gods presents so strong, Jesus was and is with me, He is so cool. Like I honestly thought: Gods not gonna do that its weirs He is here, you only have to believe it but then he really did it I love Him so much❤❤❤

I was in a struggle when I’m trying to get closer to God, and trying to be on fire, but when I pray and talk to God and ask him for help and wisdom, he gives it to me and it’s always good to pray and ask God for what you want and he will definitely will give it to you. Your energy for God and excitement in the relationship that you have with ‘Dad’ is so inspiring. I’ve never heard anyone just call God, Dad. That flipped a switch in me realizing that he really does want to hear about everything. Like you said, He is obsessed with us and we in turn get to be obsessed with Him too. Taking active steps to trust God is something that I’m currently working on and this podcast being the first one of yours that I’ve listened to is truly inspiring and I can’t wait to hear more of what the Lord has to share through you!!

Thank you Ally🫶 I have felt dimmer from God than I usually do and I’ve been stuck from figuring out why. It’s been as if my soul is sad and I have no reason to be. But there’s one word you said that reminded about God that hit me. He forgets. He does not tally my sins up after I’ve been forgiven. And deep down I’ve been feeling bad for consistently repenting then doing it again the next day. His mercies are new every morning. I have more hope for myself being reminded of that.

Ally I just want to say thank you, mostly thank you to God, but you also, you are so sweet. I saw this on Friday only a few minutes after it came out, but I never got to finish the video. I knew that I've been away from God, and so I decided to finish the video two days later at 2 am on Sunday morning and I'm crying. Thank you, I really needed this, it was sent from God ♡
I’m nine days late but I believe I watched this for a reason, I felt like something was off with me and Dad. This has taught me that he is not angry with me and I should repent and go to him for everything.

I’ve only just started listening to this episode, but I felt like I needed to say this especially to those that are new to the faith.
Sometimes being “on fire for Jesus” is a quiet fire. When you are going through the mundane every day of life with a husband/wife, raising babies, going to a job or running a business, you can and will carry this quiet fire for Jesus. It’s this sense that He’s always with you in the chaos even when you don’t have time to spend hours of time in prayer or worship. It’s whispering, “Jesus, help me lead my family well today. Be present over my life today. Help me to teach my children who You are.” I’ve felt the most on fire for Jesus while my boys are playing loudly in the background and I’m washing dishes at my sink. I was there where Ally was years ago early in my walk with the Lord when God didn’t give me any responsibilities. I didn’t have a husband or children or a business to run. There comes a time when you have to dig a deep well that never runs dry to stay “on fire” for Jesus. I’ve been running this race for 19 years and I am not constant, but Jesus is. I’ve learned more about Him in the mundane wilderness than I have praying in my bedroom for hours on end.

I honestly need to make a change in my life. I feel stuck in a cycle of sin and I haven't been helping myself. I've been setting my bible aside and throwing prayer out of the window altogether, which is just the worst. I feel distracted and unfulfilled. I need to choose God more often in everyday life as I did before. But I have hope, I know that God has not left me, I woke up today and I can still turn back! Amen.
