    Craig, I’m not gonna lie seeing how well you did both impressed and slightly annoyed me lol. The annoyance part from a purely competitive but respectful standpoint. You’re an incredible lifter and athlete overall. I am amazed your capacity was able to translate so incredibly well after not doing CrossFit for a year. I tied the score and I’ve been working very hard at CrossFit. Thanks to you I will be redoing it today just to test myself. I appreciate the content. Also, great work to your lady.

    Absolutely incredible from the lot of you 🙌🏾 Jas, for pushing through that mental hurdle and smashing it. Craig, for not even doing Crossfit and getting a kick ass time. Gotta show some love to the rest of the guys in the box as well that went out and smashed 24.2, bloody amazing you lot are. Keep it up!

    Jas, please remember just how much you can do and are good at. You can handstand push-up, handstand walk, you can do muscle ups and you are strong. It’s not that you can’t DU, you can. Make it your mission to do 50 a day and you’ll be even more of a beast than you already are. We all trip. Did you see Josh Bridges video 😅

    I feel with you Jas! My record in 18.3 ended up with 14 reps. That's a double under, in AVERAGE, each minute, so your 24.2 performance is out of this world :D

    Just started crossfit about a month ago! Your youtube channel really got me interested and I got to compete in open workout on Saturday. I don't really know how to do double unders well and only got through one round of rx, but I still had fun. Thanks for the encouraging content. Keep working hard!

    Jas, I hear you loud and clear! DUs are not in my wheel house. I was already dreading it and recovering from illness. 6 mins in my rope broke 🤦🏻‍♀️ once I was done I just sat down and cried. I wanted to get at least 6 rounds and I barely got 5.
    You did amazing! Be proud of your accomplishments 🧡

    Love you Jas! You helped my feel better about my DUBs. I only got 4 rounds, but I was proud I kept going. I hate and fear DUBs too but we did it!!!❤

    I did it last night, 486 reps RX, happy with the result seeing how sick I have been the last week but disappointed I didn't manage more! I couldn't breathe on my DU's. You and Jas did great!

    I can totally relate to Jas! I had up to then never done more than 50-60 DUs before, but i RXd the workout and ended up close to end round 5! More than 200 DU!!! Well done for pushing through!

    Great work Craig and amazing effort Jas! For someone who can only do DUs alternating with single unders, what kind of RX do we reckon? Or should I just push through and do 50 DUs along with the 50 single unders?

    I struggle with dubs my self i practiced the whole year and I was the exact way as you jazz I was scared of the dubs but my gym friends told me you practiced dubs all year why not try rx. So I did my first rx open workout
    I did 180 pound deadlift
    300 row and 50 dubs I was able to string 10 dubs unbroken 2 rounds. My CrossFit gym has teams every year in the open so in order to qualify your workout for the teams we did I had to finish 2 rounds. So that was my goal and anymore than 2 I would be happy so at the end I got 348 reps that is 3 rounds plus 300 row 10 deadlifts and 36 dubs. I mostly did single dub single dub. So practice your dubs in the off season they will come back you know that for sure I wore a belt for the deadlifts and I kept it on the whole time. Pr 3 times that day. 183 dubs I did super happy my friends pushed me to do rx

    If you add my score and Jas's together, we beat Craig by 93 reps! Teamwork makes the dream work!!! I did jumping jacks instead of the DU's. 350 reps.

    I saw a video about people saying the elites are no repping the deadlift with soft knees and not extending the hips. You are probably already making a video on it. But I gotta say I think its a bit silly from watching the examples. A slight ben in the knee and slight bend at the hip is more healthy for the joints in my opinion.

    In my 3rd year of doing crossfit and still can't do a f@#£ing double under. Unlike Jas, I would not only have runaway with the ball but spiked it with a knife. 😮

      We all have our things 😂 you can absolutely do them … dubs are timing and height thing … just keep practicing… I’ve been doing CrossFit for over a decade and can’t do muscle ups … I feel your frustration my friend

      The best rope is the one tailored to your height so you don’t catch every turn … a $20 speed rope from rogue will be all you need

    I know im American, but I too lift with kilo plates and unless the colors mean something different over there that was 160kg not 150

    hey! I would suggest you stop using that mic and go back to using an on camera mic... you are losing most of thhe ambiet sound and it just sounds weird. You also lose a lot of the comments. That mic serves as an add on, or if you are performing an interview. But it doesnt work as a run and gun device

      I do agree actually, everyone’s using these mics now and I don’t really like it. I prefer it to sound more natural.

      I agree, prefer the natural sound from the camera. The other mic for most of the videos is quite over powering like a tannoy announcement in Asda, you know when its just so loud and you're like jesus christ

    24.2 was not a test of either strength or fitness. Its simply how good are you at DUs, for most people. Well done CF, terrible programming.
