They are supposed to avoid lethal force by any and all means necessary, including against the person committing the crime unless there is no other option. Young and Intelligent Money Investing Well it's not that he's in denial it's more of he was part it but he wasn't the main cause of his death. The officer shot and killed him. He did the killing, the hacker simply made the order he didn't know he was going to be killed. Now it was the gamer's fault as well because he released his address thinking they couldn't do anything. It's like hiring a Hitman, you order someone to kill another person so both of you are involved but since the Hitman was told to kill someone he's not the one to blame he was told to it was his job.
