Looking great. One feedback is that i dont think its good that there is no combat danger in the overworld in the sense that from what ive seen if you dont actively attack illuvials then you can just go around mining and stuff freely? So that means the most effective way to do this is to farm minings and stuff for a long time until u get a lot of upgrades and stuff and then start farming illuviuls, just an efficiency thing. Which will happen because ppl sacrifice fun for efficiency its just how meta always is. Theres no point farming illuvials until u can do it at high efficiency and that is gated behind either paying or farming materials to upgrade yourself. So its a one way street to do it "right". If you look at pokemon and you want to go to a tough area then you need pokemons because you will get jumped in the grass etc. This is great, this forces a balance between having illuvials and farming materials and means you need to do both concurrently, and the end result will be a much more fun game. So i hope they add in dangers, illuvials tracking you down to attack you (but if youre a great player you can still avoid most with skillful movement), materials protected by illuvials etc, good rewards from trainer battle spawns etc - a reason to optimize also illuvials to be able to get the most potential farm out of a run. Also i can really see potential in pvp modes lol, diffrent caps for amount of illuvials, how much resource u can allocate etc if this becomes something that players can get control over and create custom leagues they will develop the most fun modes by themselves. Basically control over all of the limiting factors. The potential is damn near limitless, like okay i want huge resource available but max cap of 4 illuvials, okay i want medium resource available but need put min 10 illuvials. And goddamn, chests and stuff!!! Want chance at rare drops!! Imagine an illuvial cache. You face a hard enemy team, and if you beat it you can loot the cache if you don't they take it into the mists and disappear.
Veryyyy interesting. I think these are great ideas, I know Grant and others are working on a plants fighting system to add an element of danger but I like the idea of Illuvials jumping you. This sort of stuff may need to wait until after Open Beta though as the game continues to evolve unfortunately.
They still aren't as complex as Pokemon so I think it'll be okay. Its one of those games where you play it for an hour or so and u understand everything.
I would like to ask if the items we get now during the BETA will still be ours when the game is fully ready?
Thanks 4 the update. Sounds great!!
No problem Fantom I am glad :)
Shards are use to capture the illuviums ?
Yup!
Some good info in this one, thanks!
No problem at all Bombo
Cool, getting interesting 😁
Most certainly, its heating up
Making illuvium this complex will be good to keep all the bots out.
Oh for sure, its one of the reasons I fell in love with it back in the day.

Cool stuff, What about NPCs?
This gets me so excited
Hahaha yeah I might have to be an Overworld permabull instead of Arena :P
is there going to be any creatures to shoot as the overworld has no enemies which makes it boring as f
Why is it randomized stat when you have already caught it? So selecting the Illuvial before going to Overworld is useless now?
Ok I thought the Illuviun that I already got would still be randomised each battle. @SannibalBarca
@@DovashiFuku yeah that’s not the case.
Once you capture a level 5 Illuvial you will be able to level it up to a level cap of 60 😊
TSG said he didn't know the level cap. WTH!
Keep up the good work. 1st always
Damn straight, welcome back!
Man the game is getting sooo complicated, perhaps getting into 'too step of a learning curve to bother with territory'...
