Just started learning logic pro, came across this, and I am now intimidated and impressed. Btw am a bassist and you did well! Definitely a lot of octaves in my playing, and I mainly have played basslines that had roots and fifths even if I change it up during solos. Some basic tips: lock in the bass hit with the kick drum and try to give the snare space… unless it’s breakcore. Idk how you’d do that with breakcore. Drums are way too damn fast to lock in to. Just whatever grooves is good I guess.
