This looks really good. The entire project has so much greens which is amazing. Just the 90's looking tiles in kitchen and bathrooms are a mood killer but that obviously can be redone.

Yah... Car-ownership is lower in those days. Luckily the amenities are within walking distance.
Newer properties in Mont Kiara come with more carparks. Such as Allevia (2-4 carparks).
