eSpares Thanks for that 😊. Abit sad the model has changed as I like the old model. Very easy to maintain compared to some other models. Very impressed with it so far 😊
@@eSpares Hi, No, it is a complete redesign, everything but the handle is different. I got it stripped down so far but couldn't get the motor out to remove the spindle and remove the hair thats caught up in it and causing a burning smell.
eSpares I ask this as I bought a standard set of circlip pliers and the pliers were not able to fit into the circlip holes. I therefore believe the circlip for the AirRam mk1 model are smaller than standard circlips?
eSpares Not a problem. We couldn’t source a suitable source of circlip pliers locally. We resorted to using a pair of hair scissors and tweezers instead.
What if the on/off switch is faulty? I am pressing the ON switch to turn on the cleaner, but it fails to come on first time and I have to press very hard for it to work. I have had the appliance for several years now.
Hi Colin, many cleaners have a knob or peddle to operate that pushes the switch. Check the knob or peddle is moving fully and not damaged as it may not be pushing the switch far enough to operate correctly.
eSpares figures as much, couldn’t see any screws or anything holding them in place. Do you have any cleaning solutions that you think might be a good way to clean out pet fur that has accumulated in them? I’ve tried removing them physically, but grim at the side of the wheels is difficult to remove due to its position
Hi TerminalCarrion, we sell a number of cleaning solutions they you could try so have a look www.espares.co.uk/search/ca1421/cleaning-products?SearchTerm=cleaning%20solutions

How often do you have to replace rollers and end caps or is it just cause they were damaged?
Hi Linda, we would recommend the roller and the bearings are replace if significant wear occurs or if they become noisy when in use.

DO you have a teardown video of the AirRam Mk2 K9???
Hi NikeyMikey, we haven't got a video on your specific model but it should be similar to the video above.

Is there a specific size of circlip plier needed to attach the circlip onto the wheel?
Hi Rhys, we used standard circlip pliers that adjust which you can buy from any tool shop.

Hi Rhys, good to know for us and everyone else, we have always used a standard set and not had a problem but thanks for sharing the issue.

Hi Rhys, well that's a new one on me but really glad you sorted it well done

Hi Lee2709, thank you for the good spot.
Anyone know how to remove and clean the front two wheels by the roller?
Hi TerminalCarrion, thanks for your post. It appears these wheels cannot be removed.
