I was playing right hand claw but i didnt know u cant play for alot of hours so my hand feels stiff and hurts i tried finger stretches but it still hurts so i might trying switch back to non claw and i cant get paddles where im at u got any tips?
its gonna feel like that specially if u played alot of hours bro take breaks in between each hour hand streches for now id recommend resting and doing excersices dont go to hard on ur wrist
