tbf most people who still play on consoles are usually 12 year olds or people who want to feel the nostalgia of 'real' hardware, so it makes sense for Hyjax to be around Lancer's age, in not a bit older

CRACK THEORY TIME‼️
- Hyjax, if it wasn't obvious enough is representative of a Game Console Controller.
- Hyjax's theme of hijacking is contributed by the fact Consoles override the display of TV screens to run games ( Think HDMI cables & stuff )
- Three possible reasons on how Hyjax could be 'Disregarded' by the Dark World; they're a counterfeit controller like the one under Azzy's bed, Kris hasn't touched a video game for a really long time, or Kris does play games from time to time but since they don't have a player two the other controller has been sitting & collecting dust.
What about the fact that the secret bosses from chapter 1&2 most of the time talk about freedom?

Personally, this is way too upbeat for a secret boss theme
No offense but this sounds like a 7 year old made it on his mother's pc, the lyrics throw the whole thing out of the loop, just because you hear. "Big Shot" a few times doesn't mean you need to make full on lyrics, the voice doesn't fit the flow and interrupts everything, not to mention the character design geels a bit, self-inserty? Its not giving my "Deltarune secret boss" vibes it gives off deviant art oc vibes, the theme also really fails the Toby style, all around would be great if it was a Deltarune connected piece.
This might be the worst thing i have ever heard.
