You could have shared the torque setting and then the torque pattern. I think the torque setting is 89 inch pounds and torque pattern is to start from the center going outward, just like when torquing down a cylinder head to the block to eliminate bowing of valve cover just to be safe. Another suggestion is when the valve cover is off and if you have a bore scope you can inspect the timing chain tension and all guides. Nice video.
7.2 ft lbs When you change your valve cover gaskets just make sure that they have a good snug feeling. ( Do not over tighten them) this will pouch the gasket out or break a bolt off. It does not take much to get them tight
