60 Years Along The Illinois Central Preview

This DVD looks at 60 years of history on the Illinois Central Railroad, from the steam era in 1938 and the mid-fifties, to diesels on freight and passenger trains in the late sixties, to the late Illinois Central Gulf era of the late eighties, to the "new" Illinois Central from 1988 to 1998. Trains are seen in all four seasons, with plenty of snow scenes in the 1990s.
This program is one of the most complete looks at the history of the Illinois Central Railroad available.
