Problem Solving: A Chance for Cheese

A mouse let into a sequence of rooms, and in one of these rooms is piece of cheese. The mouse chooses each door with equal probability and can not go through the same door twice. What is the probability that the mouse will get the cheese when a door connects the two middle rooms?
