As someone who's been painting for well over 30 years with the most minimal amounts of success, to see your growth after starting just a short time ago is both equally inspirational, and disheartening. I could go on and on about the how's and why's of why I didn't "make it" after all this time, but at this point its really just excuses. As a fellow illustrator and painter, all I can do is urge you to stay laser focused on the path that you're on, don't let anything pull you away, and its only up for you from here. Life will attempt to chew you up and spit you out at times, but the easel is truly an escape, a refuge and a meditation. Without it, things can go a little sideways. Much respect to you brother, I'll be following the journey here. Big ups!💥👊
You inspire me as a new artist. I really see myself reflect in the content you create and I find myself in the exact same shoes as you've been in with acrylics and exploring the artworld with 'learning by doing'. Keep on going and I'm sure you'll be recognized and get the attention you deserve. I've been lurking your videos for quite a while now. Cheers from Denmark.
Not everything is going to be in your exact city, of course, unless you live in some of the main art hubs. But there are a ton of art galleries and museums I just pulled up in North Dakota as a whole. I've had some in my own city but some and hour or more away. The website I shared has national open calls where you don't need to live in any specific area. I live in CA and have gotten into galleries in NY.. Just be positive and do some digging if it's something you want to make happen.

I like this video a lot, but for reasons no one would expect...
