I like the middie, I'm just not entirely sold on her. Plus as you stated, you'd have to get all new clothes and shoes and stuff. I dunno maybe in the future, but for now I'm good with my neo sized dolls 🥰
I always wanted a Middie Blythe Doll! I think the reason behind the less production of them is the difference of the eye-mechanism hype. The larger ones have pull stings whereas the smaller ones don’t. However, I do love the fact that you pointed out the #Traveling scenarios! Thank you & your sister for sharing those helpful tips to the doll community! I Love all three of those dollies ♥️♥️♥️
@@TammyPowley me too! And you are right they are not cheap - the petites were easily as much as the lowest priced Middies and the Middies - most of them as you said run about the same as some of the newer Neos. I love the ones I got though - I can't wait to produce the unboxings of them and I have a special surprise for the Petites.
I have 4 factory Middie Blythes and recently acquired my first authentic Middie Blythe. I fell in love with her sweet little face. Totally different smile there. She is Dainty Meadow and I love her dearly. 🙂
I LOVE THEM!~ LOVE THEM! I really like the articulated bodies that the Ali Blythes come with. ;-) And I am also an Odd Ball that enjoys sewing for them. Middies are 1/8th Scale. I HATE those smile marks on any doll. Many dolls have those including some Smart Dolls.
I've never held a Middie Blythe before, but I'm warming up to the idea of getting one. Yours are so cute! That was very sweet of you to gift your sister with one!
Cool Pool Lemonade is the tan Middie. 😎 Sadly it was announced that Middie would no longer be made…. 😞 I have a bunch fortunately, I too, love their portable size. They really are special in their own way.
Right, I can never remember her name. Thanks for the info. I was hoping GS was going to make more, but if not, then I'll scoop the older releases while I can.
Both are cute, and I think I prefer the stock Middie. I'd like to get one in the future, but for now I take my nonstock Petite to travel with me (the Neos really are a bit big for trips a lot of times). Thanks for the comparisons, ladies!
I don't have any middies, but I would like to! I may hold out for the stock doll. The other two are cute but they almost look cartoon like, next to the stock doll. I think it is because they have a standard mold...? Anyway, should I ever find a good price , I will definitely buy a stock. I like the easy travel reference too!
I have one fake and one stock. I love them both. Not had chance to get more as my doll budget is getting spent on stock Neo Blythes right now. I have a fake head coming. lol
I just received my first Middie from AliExpress...she seems a little "floppy" is that normal? When I hold her by her calves she flops at her knees & when I hold her knees she flops at her hips. When I hold her by the shoulders she her legs stay in the seated position...are they just that top heavy??
If you got the ones with the joined bodies, yes, that's actually why I switched out the bodies of the two my sister is holding in this video. The traditional style bodies are much sturdier than the jointed ones.
@@TammyPowleysilly me, I asked the question before I watched your video 🤦🏻♀️ I do love my new little girl other than the sloppiness. Thank you so much for responding 😀
Bi had the dark skin Middie and sold her with aaaaallllll the clothes shoes and accessories......I regret it so much...now I can't afford that doll anymore. I just bought a fakey one with the original body, as I don't like the jointed body. My fakey has wonky eyelashes in one eye and has light gray hair. I bought another fakey to steal the eyes and hair (brunette) but that one is worse in the eyelashes and the hair is han the first one......😢.....I'm going to have to change the eyelashes on the first one now....and sell the second one. sigh.....
Love them both for different reasons, but both are super adorbs!! 🥰 ❤
I totally agree!

All the new clothes and shoes is a reason I waited so long. I actually had some years ago and sold them to buy my first Smart Doll.

So glad you enjoyed it!
I love them - I recently got two middies and two petites! I am totally smitten by them all. 🤩
I can see me getting more. I hope GS company starts producing more of them.

Yes, their heads are even a little smaller
This was a fun video to do with you
Yes, we need to do more together.
I think the middies are cute. I have 3 from Aliexpress, but would love to get a real one in the future. I do have some "real" Blythe petites.
I don't have a stock petite.

You are really good at sewing tiny!
Awwh they are cute. Thanks for sharing. Have fun and keep the sparkles on. Lovies Yetta💕
Thank you! You too!
They are beautiful ❤❤❤❤
Thank you!

They are cute little dolls.
@@TammyPowley they really are!
The blonde stock middie doll is the cutest. I just love her hair and face.
She is really cute

I love the middies and the stock doll you have is beautiful ❤️🥰❤️
Yay, thank you!

Good choice!
Thay are so cute and so small tinny body but love tham too wery nice colection both of you have👌👍🥰😍❤️😃😘🫂🤗
They are very small for sure
I think they are cute. I noticed the difference between Middie and factory Middie.
It's interesting how different they are.
I would love them if they came in dark skin.
Yes, that I agree that is an issue.
I was just thinking the same thing.
I think they are cute. I bought my daughter a factory middie just to see what they were like. I wouldn’t mind having an authentic one.
I'm sure she enjoys the doll.
I don't have any middies, but I would like to! I may hold out for the stock doll.

Yes, she is nice and small but not too small.
Can the mouths on Middies be customized?
They can be carved and painted, if that's what you mean.

Neo is still my fav

Oh what a pain! I am kicking myself I didn't buy her when she came out
Hiiii❤
Hi Lissa :)
