boyd I can actually complete conversions in like 15-20 mines a lot of the time... sometimes it take a little longer if I have to make extra edits

some cyberface have no hair_01.iff but also have 3d hair. how about those? I made artis gilmore with this tutorial and its almost perfect. But I used a hair_01.iff file from 2020.

It will say that, but the hiheadmodel file will still hit the folder. Make sure you are exporting into a new folder.
