Send us an email and we will send you the materials. And the leather I used is a vegetable leather called "buttero". The thickness of the leather is marked on the pattern. thank you.
V3 would be to line the lid with thin leather to hide the tabs of the buckle loop rivets and edge stitch the flap. That would look nice and be a good visual continuity of edge stitching throughout the bag. Also raise the level of the buckle slightly so it falls one third the total height from the top of the bag and the clip closures on the outer pocket are one third the total height from the bottom. Cant quite tell if its like that already but very close. And if you wanted to go all out, shorten the main flap so it has its own closure above a slightly smaller external pocket and give the external pocket its own flap and closure. That way you could quickly access small items in the outer pocket without having to open the large flap. Don't get me wrong, this is a very nice bag and very well made!
