So many emotions Alex, I somewhat know how it feels, I can’t think of moving out of my space ever but I know that day will come and watching the end it kind of made me think, you have worked really hard on each aspect, the space did not just have furniture or props but each and every aspect of the studio had its own personality which belonged & belongs to you. Going to miss this space but I remember talking to you about this when we met, I am so happy for you. It’s not an end to something extraordinary, it’s a beginning to something bigger! The final moments of the video brought tears to my eyes. So many videos, recipes and endless inspiration in that space. I found your channel during a darker part of my life where cooking was my only outlet, and YOU inspired me, no REMINDED me of why I loved working in restaurants. You rekindled a fire I had all but let sputter out and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. Salute!

There are many people on RUclips that ‘do recipes’. The people I watch, like you, bring something different to the table. They have an angle, something special, something that makes them stand out. Your curiosity and drive to find out ‘why!’ Or ‘how!’ Is what got me hooked, it is insatiable and infectious. You introduced me to Refika who’s food I adore. If I want to follow a recipe I watch her, but if I want to be inspired I watch you. (I’m also inspired by Refika!)

When one door closes another door opens. Advice I should take myself since I moved from my home if 30 years and put ‘stuff’ in storage (Two units). It had been there several years, unvisited until I became ill and realized I needed to clean up all these odds and ends left here and there. My brother visited in an attempt to consolidate it and then clear it out, but was unable to make much of a dent. So good to see you letting go of stuff. Now that I’m more mobile it’s a mission that I will undertake over the next several months. Thanks for the inspiration. Cheers, and good luck on your new journey.

You really helped me during lockdown when I had to teach guys who see the world differently to cook via zoom and teams . As somebody that has chefd professionally for years, I've lived in love and envy of your journey. Every success is so wildly beautiful, and every failure is so rending but teaching. I never thought I could cook but your videos taught me to be more creative and adventurous and now I have a few foods that I love making and I love eating. You helped me getting from cooking just enough to not die of hunger lol to someone that enjoys cooking and enjoy the things I do.
