Great list, great video. Just want to mention another player: Miroslaw Okonski. He played for Hamburg between 1986 and 1988. He was a playmaker, a real 10er. He was so good in his first year (second in the league, DFB Pokal winner) that Paul Breitner praised him by saying: "This player is the best player the league can offer". Unfortunately, he has problems off the pitch. A chain smoker and drinker, he didn't care that much about football once he left the stadium. He left after two years in the Bundesliga. His record is decent: 62 games, 15 goals and god knows how many assists (they don't count them back in those days).
He has 51 assists
Great video and a great list. One person who is definitely missing though is a prolific striker for Arminia Bielefeld: Artur Wichniarek. His goal count between Arminia and Hertha approach 100 and he could definitely score from any position of the field. Please at least mention him. Thank you.
We have 2020 now and Piszczek still plays for bvb and Lewandowski has become a legend in bayern

Grają, niemieckie gazety i ogólnie niemcy interesujący się piłką są w wielkim szoku, że posiadając taką kadre jak nasza jesteśmy na bagatela 70 miejscu w rankingu FIFA. My mamy piłkarzy z osobna o wielkich umiejętnościach, tylko niestety PZPN tępo liczy że jakiś polski (znowu) szkoleniowiec coś z nią zdziała. To nie wina naszych kopaczy, że nie potrafią razem grać, tylko trenerów, którzy nie potrafią tej wspaniałej drużyny skleić w całość.

Kamil Zajebisty to ,ze grali/graja dla reprezentacji Niemiec, nie czyni ich zdrajcami. Przyklad Podolski - nigdy nie wyparl sie swoich polskich korzeni, a na ktoryms tam meczu Polska - Niemcy, w ktorym bral udzial, nie spiewal hymnu Niemiec, tylko Polski :). I dla mnie to jest wyznacznik polskosci, patriotyzmu ^^.
Bartek Borowski Nie tylko Podolski na żadnym meczu nie śpiewa hymnu Niemiec,w sumie to wszyscy obcokrajowcy w ich reprezentacji nie spiewają np. Özil,Boateng. Ale zdrajcą jest bo mógł wybrać Polske. Ostatnio była historia Fekira wielkiego talentu,Algierczyka urodzonego we Francji,jego dziadek walczył z Francuzami o niepodległość Algierii,a on mu obiecał że zagra dla tego kraju,ale wybrał Francje. Dla ciebie to nie zdrajca? Teraz zawsze jak jest przy piłce to Algierscy imigranci gwizdają na niego

Eine ganz schöne Liste, mir fehlt nur Piotr Nowak, der Mitte der 90er ein Top- Spieler in TSV 1860 München war. Den Artur Wichniarek würde ich nicht nennen, weil Wichniarek die meisten Erfolge in der 2. Bundesliga gehabt hat und in der 1. Bundesliga hat er biscchen enttäuscht.

To all the people asking were is Wichniarek ??? He was a legend in Arminia but he scored most of his goals in 2.Bundesliga . He never performed outstanding in Bundesliga for Hertha.

Germany have good training system so players from poland growing up fast than in own country.
Well, Lewandowski for exampe was trained in Poland - actually in Warsaw.
Al He in Pruszków next to Warsaw, and in Lech Poznań he became a star with 19 league goals, and a championship
Konrad Daszkiewicz First 6 years of Lwandowski's football training took place in Varsovia club (in the centre of Warsaw) and his coach surname is Sikorski. Lewandowski still has great sentiment to this club and visits it from time to time.Then he was a few months in Legia Warszawa (but they did not want him !) and than in Znicz Puszków (but still living in Warsaw), then in Lech Poznań and (became a star in Poland) and then - Germany (became the world star).

+TheAras 89 It's not about Germany alone. Take a look at Szczęsny or Fabiański - they have succeeded in polish league and quickly Premier League put its eyes on them. It's obvious that rich clubs will provide better training systems but it's not about Germany alone. Also: Krychowiak in Sevilla and so on, and so on.

+Pafonne Wichniarek największe osiągnięcia zdobywał w 2. Bundeslidze, gdzie był królem Arminii, może dlatego tutaj go pominięto, jednak zgodzę się z tym że zasługuje na miejsce w takim zestawieniu.
