It's moving around on the ground enough it'd still make sense for them to look spinning while taxiing and loading. As others have said, widening the wings would also probably make it look a bit more regular too.

With a little bit of terraforming, you could make that look like a large rock wing and thus you could name the airport Stone Wing Airstrip. Not airport as airports are more established locations and used my multiple parties whereas airstrips are small aerodrome that consists only of a runway and are generally in remote locations.

hoppers arent a great idea because they can be pretty laggy and since they are pretty slow lots of items will be left on the floor, making the lag even worse
for the plane, when it lands in the water, you could have it drive up a ramp back into dry land, then you can hide the collection station in the floor, then have the plane reverse back into the water, turn and take off
Use create power loaders. It will help with the frames if you set it right. With them you can have the farms running only if the storage isnt full and every time train comes you can ran a check that loads the chunks again if the storage isnt full.
as this is a farmtown and there would naturally be children that would like to explore I think you should add a small fence on either side of the runway. Just so that nobody gets hurt :D

When you do a town (i know this wont fit into the theme) you should make a create museum where it'll show you every single contraption in the mod can do
It might make it a bit slower, but if you replace the torch plough on your drilling rig with a drill and place redstone blocks instead, it makes the contraption liquid proof. I use mine like that in the nether and it ploughs through lava lakes without issue. I, of course, have to use the netherite diving setup to be lava proof myself. Also, if you have the plane pull around and line up on the runway so it's ready for takeoff after it's loaded, that could free up the network for the truck to unload.

To fix the underwater issue you could put copy cat panels around the drawers which could make it look like a refueling pipe. You could change it to look like whatever material looks best, I think copper would look good

Love the video, I have a quick suggestion for the plane, if you put a mechanical bearing where the propellers, I think you can make them actually spin while the plane is in motion
if you would be interested, you could get Create interactive, Clockwork and Valkyrien skies so you wouldnt need to use sky rails and would have a plane that actually works

I don't think you mentioned the antenna I keep spotting next to the hangar. I want to suggest that at Veridium Shores there also be a small communications center, like the small office which I assume is the communication center at the farm.
Mr Beardstone, beware of the extended landing gear when attempting a water landing, as it may not be safely possible. Unless you're landing in the wind with the nose up, the landing gear will cause the plane to cartwheel and end up upside down in the water.
Air port name suggestion: Bison Brothers Air Delivery Inc. The air delivery part of the name goes very well with your plane, since it is delivering stuff to the other area.

I'm actually kind of surprised you didn't use a delivery system that's reminiscent of a fuel Depot, it would disguise the goods being put in the plane AND make it look like it is being fueled up
you could build a little rock formation underwater to hide the draw controller for the plane at the docks since the plane will be the only thing landing at that dock port
A cool little world building thing you can do is put the wind socks on a windmill baring that rotates every Minecraft day or so, it’ll be small and almost unnoticeable but when you see it it’ll be cool lol
You should add this mod vein mining if you don’t know what it does it add something to your drill and your pickax. It’s pretty cool and very handy when mining.
You could try to disguise the chute at the water dock as a pillar that would have supported a section of the dock but that part fell and now there is just pillars there
with you using conveyor belts for the train, I thought you would have made them load onto the plane instead of a drawer system linking into it. I guess that would have required the item port to be pointed off to a side of the plane tho. still, it would have been neat. you could even make some of those little guys sitting around as if they're loading up the plane.

Sir, I will again say this again. Install Miner's Delight, an addon for Farmer's Delight. Bats give you phantom membranes with you chop the wings they drop on a chopping board. About an hour of me going around caves in a mushroom fields biome and I come away will about 200 wings which gets you about 300+ membranes.
I'm pretty sure that if you right click on a framed block with a water bucket it makes it look like water, maybe you can camouflage your storage receiver under the dock by using some framed trapdoors or wall panels/floorboards with the water texture
I don't know, but somehow the wings of the plane look a bit short. Maybe you could extend it by 2 or 3 blocks. For future airplanes you could also use the pumps as engines, they at least look like a radial engine. I hope it helps you and please keep it up I love your Create series.

Quick tip for placing the phantom railway into the sky: install and use angel blocks.
