    Thank you so much Vic.
Wondering about svabhava and the development of personality... Considering that every jiva is a result of all the previous life's experiences, and these experiences produced samskaras, does the bhagavatam says something specific about how this mechanism works between the end of a creation and the beginning of the following? Essentially, where/how the samskaras are "stored" between the circles of deaths and births of the universe?
(p.s. Loved this beautiful explanation of varnasrama dharma!)
    Thank you!

Would that not be a wonderful world! If we all saw, that every single person has value to society. Getting hearts in my eyes, just thinking about it.

It's so sad that the "caste" concept has been perverted. Looking back, it would have helped even me discover things I want to do. From what I understood, It is beneficial to provide shudra people with a workplace where they can attain self purification. Since I plan on employing people in the future, I want to ask you something. Please tell me what kind of workplace would allow them to do that (or allow them to do it better than other workplaces). Would work that is ethical and pays well (in order to fulfill dharma which requires resources) be enough? or should it include something else, like being related to a spiritual field? I'm guessing the field doesn't matter and people do dharma based on their individual qualities.

You definitely nailed it that the work would be ethical and paying well. Personally I would add that it also should be environmentally considerate or even restorative. Like some organic tea company, you buy more land with your profits and spend years cleaning it from toxins from unorganic farming previously.
